Great location 5 minute walk alongside lake to centre of Como. Apartment was spacious, clean, warm and quiet, with all amenities required start off your stay including shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, coffee and sugar sachets etc. Bed was comfortable and slept well. No parking included, but public payable parking nearby so no problem. Communication with La Perla was quick and informative. Boat trip on lake, visit to Christmas market, cathedral and wine tasting, all in all a lovely quick weekend trip to Como and La Perla delivered as a great base out of the hustle and bustle of Como town but close enough to enjoy.

Zu verbessern: - Etwas kompliziertes Check-in - Tiefgarage schwer zu finden und sehr teuer 24€/Tag und kein Lift beim Treppenhaus - hier müsste man mit dem Betreiber bessere Preise für Hotelgäste verhandeln - keine richtige Einfahrt vor dem Hotel, um die Koffer abzuladen - Vorderseite keine See Sicht und laut vom Verkehr - Zimmer zum Teil sehr abgenudelt und defekten Dingen... - Verschiedenen Zimmergrössen und Comfort mit Balkon, hier müsste man weitere Kategorie-Zimmer eingeführt werden. - 2 Verschiedenen Handynummer für Bürozeiten und Notfälle ausserhalb der Bürozeit - hier sollte man nur eine Telefonnummer haben. - Keine Geschirrspülmaschine: bevor man die Zimmer verlässt, muss man alles von Hand abwaschen werden. - Es wird erst am letzten Tag (Check-out) von der Raumpflegering gereinigt, egal wie lange man dort ist, muss man immer selber sauber machen/halten. - WLAN Passwort muss man explizit verlangen - Für die Klimaanlage hat man keine Bedienungsanleitung Positiv: +sehr freundliches und kundenorientiertes Personal +sehr nah an der Altstadt (Zentrum) und See +es ist alles schön sauber +Küche ist mit Tüchern, Lumpen, Geschirr, Pfannen, Besteckt, Seifen, Haushaltspapier usw. sehr gut ausgestattet. +Relativ ruhige Zimmer + Je nach Zimmer grösse Balkon

Tout était parfait. La localisation en plein centre ville à proximité immédiate du lac et d’un carrefour market ouvert 24/24. L’appartement était confortable et bien pensé. Le plus agréable était dans les détails : petit sachet d’huile d’olive et lessive fourni. Récupérer la clé seule était facile et les dames de là réception très agréable et aidante.

Previous post is misleading and clearly an anomaly based in mine and others reviews. Very pleased with the accommodation. Clean, modern and spacious apartment. Well positioned directly across from the lake and a short stroll to the centre. Staff we met were extremely pleasant and helpful. Car park 3 mins walk away and supermarket equally close. Would definitely come back.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questi appartamenti con alcuni amici durante un addio al celibato festeggiato sul Lago. Gli interni sono nuovi e curati nei minimi dettagli. Le stanze belle grandi, munite di tutti gli accessori e gli elettrodomestici necessari a renderle dei mini appartamenti. Personale molto disponibile e prezzo giusto.

Non plus ultra , il noro unico punto di riferimento a ＞como, purtroppo abbiamo dovuto cambiare una sola volta ... e siamo dovuti scappare perchè inparagonabile con il Sedar. ci ritorniamo sempre e volentieri!!! FORTEMENTE CONSIGLIATO!!!

Appartamento in posizione perfetta per Como. Duomo, Porto, Negozi etc. sono tutti molto vicini (pochi minuti a piedi). Parccheggio Centro Lago pubblico per Euro 20.00 al giorno a fianco all'edificio. Pulito e arredato con gusto in stile moderno. Cucina comoda e ben attrezzata, c'e' pure una lavatrice, macchinetta nespresso e congelatore. Per una coppia perfetto trattandosi di un Open-Space (letto comodissimo), ma anche in tre pratico (divano letto). Bagno spazioso e pulito attrezzato di Bidet :) TV grande schermo messa non proprio in punto ideale, ma dal letto comodissima. Self-Checking perfetto (grazie alla responsabile che con molta disponibilita' e gentilezza ci ha supportati in tutte le nostre richieste/informazioni). Ampia terrazza con tavolo e sedie a disposizione. Forse prezzo un po' altino. Comunque grazie di tutto!!!

Without a doubt one of the worst value stays I've had anywhere in the world. I have no idea why, at this price point, this place has rave reviews. Paying anything more 150 Eur/night is like robbery. As I consider various hotels I've stayed in a similar price range- it is a complete joke that this place charges as much and sometimes more than these hotels!!! It lists itself as a hotel but you are welcomed with a sign that says you have to clean your dishes and take out the trash when you leave!! When you are paying 330 Eur/night- are you kidding?? They said this was something about Covid, which makes no sense when no one wears a mask. The price doesn't include parking- which is a few minutes walk and expensive. Or breakfast. Or fresh towels. So, how are you a hotel, exactly? Let alone a 5-star hotel as it says on Google? On the first day, the internet speed was like a 1999 dial-up modem which meant I couldn't do work I'd planned. The internet was ok on the following day. The listing said 4 adults could stay- unless they're VERY VERY intimate- there's no way. Shower was a bit grimy. I would never recommend La Perla, I would never stay there again. Tania truly cares and tries her best that guests have a good experience.

I have been there so mani times and I will come back forever. Perfect location. All the flats are new. The staff are very kind and helpful. I am in love withe this place! When you are there, you really feel at home Thanks Federica :-)
