The only thing clean in the room was the pillows. And you had to check in at a separate hotel to obtain the key. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that I care to have a relationship with. Not worth any bargain.

This place is a dump. Can't believe it's affiliated with Wyndham. Lobby not even open, had to check in nextdoor at HOJO. Too close to interstate, very noisy! Would not recommend this establishment at all!

This is by far the filthiest motel I have ever been to. My son and I arrived at midnight and had to check in to the neighboring Howard Johnson. The clerk seemed to be bothered by my presence. Whatever, it was late. The parking lot is filthy and dark and I didn’t feel comfortable parking there. The exterior, filthy. Then we opened the room. It smelled like smoke and animals. The beds were remade with the same dirty linens from the previous guest. How do I know you ask? There were food crumbs, hair and dried bodily fluids. The towels in the bathroom were left in the bathroom dirty. The table tops had food residue and sticky substances still. I called the front desk (at Howard Johnson) and she apologized and gave us a room there. It was slightly cleaner. I would never book at another Super 8 or Howard Johnson, this was such a bad experience.

1st room smelled like someone smoked **** in it all day long and i specifically requested a smoke free room. 2nd room, staff never restocked shampoo or towels and remote never worked. Was supposed to be ground floor and was upstairs.

Very close to what we were looking for. Very nice people at front desk will definitely be back. Very clean well worth the money. If you want a clean quiet place to stay and not spend a lot of money this is the motel to stay at.

I should have checked Tripadisor before checking in to this place. It was the cheapest place around for an overnight, and was worth no more than ten bucks a night. The bedsheets were clean and so was the trash can; nothing else was. The bed spreads has what looked like melted plastic on them. The light-blocking curtain over the window was threadbare and looked like someone had scraped the inner liner off the curtain. There were three cockroaches I saw when I turned on the light by the mirror for my nocturnal call. The wall by the toilet had smears on it that looked like someone had smushed a roach. We were about 100 yards from I-85, and it sounded like we were about 100 feet from NASCAR Quaker State 400 races. We were exhausted and managed to sleep well. Check-in -- Check in was next door at the Howard Johnson, also a part of the Wyndham Hotels and Resorts. I am surprised that the Wyndham chain allows its name to be attached to either of these places. They look like whoever the franchisee is that owns them is milking them for all the funds that can be found and killing this cash cow by not reinvesting some of the revenue in upkeep. I would not recommend this place to anyone and am surprised the city has not closed it down. Needless to say, my wife and I stayed only one night here and found accommodations in Athens for the other five nights we were in the area.

This motel needs a complete remodel and to be staffed. We had to check-in at a neighboring motel. When we couldn't figure out the TV or how to get a code for it, there was no one to ask. There was also no breakfast that we know of because the lobby was locked. There were burn marks on the tub and chips on the sink. There was also a roach in the bathroom. This place needs help!!!
