The Estate was built in the 1870s for the Peake family in the Arts and Crafts style, and is now an exclusive development of individual dwellings in 160 acres of leafy private grounds.The estate offers access to its own private beach and also access to the famous Undercliff and coast path into Lyme Regis.The spaceThis 3 bedroomed property forms part of the former stable yard quadrangle which now has a central fountain and flower bed. The property had many period features and has been sympathetically styled in keeping with its Victorian heritage.The spacious main living room has an original fireplace, 3 comfortable sofas and a large table and chairs for dining.The airy kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, and cooking equipment. It has an additional dining area.Upstairs the main bedroom has a double bed and en suite shower room with lovely views over the estate.The pretty twin room with an original tiled fire place has plenty of storage space and a cot.The pretty third bedroom has a single bed and look across the estate.The main bathroom has a bath with shower.Although the Stable Courtyard does not have its own garden this is more than made up for by the extensive private estate grounds.
