Accommodation clean as good condition, pool areas good , breakfast second to none,lifts good service on main bus route, Staff very friendly

Lovely hotel with amazing view. Only a short walk into the town of Anfi which is ideal for a beach day. The staff are really friendly and the entertainment is great - especially the pool games. The rooms are spacious with your own kitchenette including toaster, kettle, microwave and hob. Special recognition to Santiago and Juań. Booking again for next year

One of the maids had stolen money from another couple, sent them to the police station once they raised the complaint. When they did this, they mentioned to us how apparently cameras have been wiped, etc etc which made us feel even more unsafe. whilst they were gone, we saw someone that worked at reception try the door and knock on to see if anyone was in. he then proceeded to stand and watch the door for approximately 20 minutes before a maid went in. once they came back, they lifted up the sheet and the money was placed there minus €80. the couple went down to reception to thank the manager for sorting it out and said they don’t want to take it any further. The manager then said that the couple were playing with fire, threatening them. one night We were sat on our balcony which faced over the other couples apartment. we heard a big bang and a member of the couple rang me to say someone’s just broke into their room and her partner had slammed the door shut. They came out of their room and saw a black audi parked on the road, it sounded as if they had just shut the doors and it had the interior lights on. it was clear that the bang was them forcing the door shut on this person trying to get in. this lead us to be absolutely petrified as the manager had threatened them earlier that day and now this had happened. we soon discovered that our lock unlocks itself if a keycard is used on the outside so it’s very pointless. Came the next night, we saw multiple rats roaming around, luckily we were high up so never saw any in our room but multiple round the gym, restaurant and around the apartments. This was reported to the manager and his response was that it was mickey mouse on holiday. We also heard more reports of people trying doorhandles that night and others were talking about a blacked out audi driving around on the road that splits up the complex. In the room there was mould all over the shower, bedding and towels which were never changed, and rubbish just left in the bin which apparently were meant to be changed daily. The floor was always filthy, and if they did sweep they’d brush it all out onto the balcony or outside the front door. This is probably what attracted the mice/rats! I did request fresh bedding on the fourth day after the maids had been at reception as I was sick on the second day, which meant some was on the skirt of the bedding. It said on the leaflet handed to us bedding would be changed every four days, hence why i left it to this point to ask. This didn’t happen, and I even messaged the hotel stating this and they simply ignored. Speaking of messaging them, they were rude in most responses which resembled their actual in person behaviour. The food I will not complain about as going into an all inclusive buffet, I don’t have my hopes up as I know it’s not a luxury 5* michelin restaurant. Me and my Boyfriend chose Marina elite for our first holiday together to have a well deserved week away. When we first arrived no support in finding our room and if it wasn’t for a women helping and telling us that we are miles away across a road in the other part of the hotel we wouldn’t have found it. The series of events that unfolded during this week have caused significant distress and have had a detrimental impact on my overall wellbeing. On the 1st of September, while my partner and I were out of the room, we were robbed. Both of our wallets, along with cash, were stolen from a secure place within our hotel room. Alarmed, we sought assistance from another couple staying at the hotel to confirm whether the items were truly missing, and indeed, there was nothing there. We immediately reported the theft to the hotel reception, who arranged for a taxi to the police station so we could file a police report. During this conversation, the hotel staff informed us that they had received previous reports about a cleaner suspected of taking money from guests, but no concrete evidence had been uncovered. Despite spending over half a day at the police station, we returned to our room to find the wallets mysteriously placed on the bed, but with €80 missing. What is even more concerning is that a witness at the hotel saw the receptionist enter our room and come back out on his phone, followed by the cleaner. We believe this was the time our wallets were returned. We immediately brought this to the attention of the hotel receptionist, asking if anyone had accessed our room, only to be told no one had entered. We were also met with the unsettling response that "we were playing with fire," which deeply concerned us. Later that evening, we went out for a meal, and upon our return, the hotel receptionist said something to us in Spanish, which we did not understand. Things escalated further when, shortly after returning to our room, within 20 minutes, someone attempted to open our door using a key card. My partner immediately reacted, slamming the door shut, and we heard footsteps running down the stairs towards an open road. Another couple, staying a few rooms down, heard the commotion and rushed to assist us. We felt increasingly unsafe knowing that the hotel staff could be involved and they refused to move us rooms or put a lock on our door. To protect ourselves, we had to resort to setting up traps in the room to monitor where things were being disturbed while the cleaners were inside and after the incident they where still going through our belongings. Every night we had to barricade our self in our room for our own safety not knowing if we were even going to make it through the night. This is not the kind of behaviour guests should feel compelled to engage in while staying at a hotel for a supposed holiday. This hotel has caused significant emotional distress, anxiety, and fear and I would not book this hotel if you don’t want a holiday from hell.

Nasz pokój dwuosobowy to był pokój dzienny z TV i aneksem kuchennym oraz oddzielną sypialnią (2 złączone łóżka z dobrymi materacami - materace z tych twardszych) + obszerna łazienka + wielki taras. Klimatyzacja wydajna, sterowana z pokoju. Wszystko czyste i bez uwag. Robactwa w pokojach nie zaobserwowałem. Jest sejf w pokoju za dodatkową opłatą uiszczaną w recepcji. Hotel jest na południowym zboczu wzgórza/klifu i jest nasłoneczniony od rana do wieczora - to może być zaleta i wada - brak naturalnego cienia w ciągu dnia przy basenach. Górny basen raczej mały, połączony z tym dla dzieci, raczej hałaśliwe miejsce; dolny basen wiekszy i 'spokojniejszy'. Hotel z kilkoma poziomami - dużo schodów, są windy ale nie dojeżdżają wszędzie. Jedzenie dobre i zróżnicowane. Z przekąskami między posiłkami jest raczej słabo - były tylko przy basenie na wyższym poziomie i wybór był kiepski. Tuż obok hotelu jest przystanek autobusowy, na którym zatrzymują się 'wyspiarskie' autobusy - koszt przejazdu na drugi koniec wyspy to ok. 8 euro - bilet byl do nabycia u kierowcy, płatność gotówką lub kartą. Autobusy są klimatyzowane i jeżdzą w różne miejsca, rozkład jazdy jest na przystanku ale i Google daje radę z zaplanowaniem wycieczki. W najbliższej okolicy kompleksy hotelowe, ładne widoki. Obwawiałem się tej średniej ocenny hotelu, która teraz jest 3 ale w mojej ocenie hotel zasługuje na mocną 4kę.

Una estancia con muy mal sabor de boca. NO ESTAMOS NADA CONTENTOS. Fuimos la familia, la cual dos personas eran minusválidas. Semanas antes llamamos para preguntar si tenían habitaciones adaptadas y nos dijeron que si, al llegar al hotel nos encontramos que la silla de ruedas no entra al baño y la habitación era una habitación normal. Además preguntamos por el aparcamiento de minusválidos a la cual el recepcionista contestó: "NO TENEMOS APARCAMIENTO DE MINUSVÁLIDOS." Y nosotros cuestionamos que que podíamos hacer y nos contestó: "QUE SE BAJEN LOS MINUSVÁLIDOS Y APARQUEN EL COCHE EN EL BARRANCO", a todo esto debo decir que cuando te entregan el plano del hotel aparece un aparcamiento de minusválido que lo tienen cerrado. Otra experiencia en estos 4 días es que el servicio de socorrista no realiza su trabajo, se ahogó una niña y ellos estaban con el móvil, además a la persona que iba en silla de ruedas en ningún momento se acercaron a ofrecerle ayuda para entrar y salir a la piscina. Comentamos al socorrista que se había ahogado una niña de 3 años y le dio igual, además abandonaban su puesto de trabajo 10 minutos ANTES. El snack, el bar piscina y los shows nocturnos se encontraba en un sitio inaccesible para personas PMR, y no te descuentan ningún porcentaje por no poder hacer uso de ellos. El domingo 25/08 al entrar al restaurante nos encontramos con una gran humareda, la cual es ocasionada por la alta temperatura y suciedad de la plancha, cuando nos acercamos para coger nuestra comida nos encontramos los san Jacobos totalmente calcinados, a lo que los trabajadores les daba igual los seguían dejando en las bandejas y además poniendo más san Jacobos encima sin retirar los quemados, no solo con eso, el pavo que hacían en la plancha te lo encontrabas quemado y lleno de hollín. A todo esto añadir que algunos trabajadores van sin gorro, comen durante el servicio, no saben lo que cocinan (cierto cliente llegó a preguntar que qué era lo que habia en la bandeja y el cocinero del show cooking le respondió incorrectamente), por último dejan la plancha humeando y se van a fumar, dicho por ellos. Al finalizar las vacaciones el martes día 27/08 volvimos a casa con una intoxicación de la mala manipulación en la comida. POR LO TANTO NO RECOMIENDO NADA ESTE HOTEL. Les chambres (avec vue sur mer) sont bien situées mais il n'ya pas de facilités pour les personnes à mobilité réduite (PMR) Le nettoyage des chambres est très sommaire et la literie changée une fois sur 12 nuitées .....un des vacanciers est revenu de ce séjour avec la gale !

Not sure where to start really. We didnt pay for the Ritz so didnt expect Ritz type luxury. The rooms were nice, freshly decorated (Sea view, 2 bedroom etc). Was everything you need really. The free loading mice though, i didnt want extra guests to be fair. Was offered another suite/rooms but we only had 2 nights left 1 of which we would have had to transfer to 2 single rooms and then the next night transfer again to a suite again. Not great when you have paid for a suite/room, have settled, unpacked, filled fridge with drinks etc etc. To up and do all that twice again, especially on your Daughters birthday , well you can imagine. Staff were friendly, nice, couple of grumpy faces but you can expect that anywhere and looking at some guests manners and attitude i have to say id be quite grumpy to... Only one little bar at night, right at the top of the hotel, just plain silly and not very well thought out. Food was good, typical all inclusive to be honest so didnt expect A La Carte Gordon Ramsey type stuff. Whoever decided to use glass and stainless steel trimmings on everything should be sent out to clean all the greasy hand marks, food stains etc etc off the trimmings etc. And Rubbish bags left outside the kitchen and corridor is not a good look, especially when you have to move them out of the way to get down the corridor. Hotel did actually feel isolated, bit like the naughty kid pushed out of the way type thing and to say it had a beach would be a laugh but in all honesty you should not really expect golden sands etc on a Volcanic island, it is what it is. Luckily we spent most of the time out and about so these were not huge issues but if your a kind of person that likes to settle in, sit by the pool all day and be entertained etc etc then you'll find it lacking for want of a better word. Its a bolt hole, pure and simple.
