I offered €50, which I had on hand, but they refused, saying it was for potential damage to the room. I asked them how I knew something was already broken or didn't work. Even when I went upstairs, a lamp was broken. They told me they could refund my money if I wanted... imagine trying to find a hotel at that hour!"

"The hotel is well-equipped with amenities like a kettle, and it's conveniently located with many local shops nearby. The cathedral is also within walking distance. The hotel offers valet parking, which isn't cheap at €27 for 24 hours. When we went to pick up our car, the front desk attendant made a mistake and brought the wrong one, causing a delay of over ten minutes. The breakfast was plentiful, but there was no à la carte option; it was a standard four-star offering. We only stayed one night, and during the day, there was a lot of noise from renovations on the same floor, as shown in picture 3."
