Our review is based on a one bedroom self catering apartment. This review is also made with the 3 star status in mind, a lot of reviews seem to be comparing this 3 star hotel to 4/5 star hotels. This hotel is a very strong 3 star with some 4 star facilities in my opinion. A few issues in the beginning with noise and being unable to sleep. As soon as this was highlighted to staff our room was moved to the quieter side of the hotel immediately. We have stayed in 4/5* places that have refused to move rooms due to noise. Management should be very proud of their staff for this as it’s outstanding customer service. Unlike many hotels this hotel is more than happy to resolve any issues you might have, so please highlight it to staff, as they cannot resolve it if they don’t know. The hotel is impeccably clean and has an abundance of facilities and activities to suit all guests. The hotel does a great job at making sure they are catering to all types of guests. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped for all your needs. (Other reviews have said there are no kettles & the safes don’t work. This is not the case they are available at reception for a small deposit which you get back when you return the kettle and safe key.) Staff are more than happy to help with anything you might need and are well informed about excursions, local restaurants, bars…etc. The location is perfect, in a quiet area where the local shops are much cheaper than in other areas of Tenerife. You can easily get to all the popular places on the local buses. Entertainment and activities within the hotel are plentiful and although we haven’t used them so far we have watched from the balcony and enjoyed it. We cannot comment on the food or drinks as we prefer to go to multiple local places and enjoy the local culture and cuisines. Although other reviews had said staff do not clear tables (we have witnessed them doing this very efficiently) and that there are large queues to get food/drinks (again from what we have witnessed at this time of year this is not the case.) We only paid £300pp for 7 nights which included flights and transfer. In our opinion we have received alot more facilities and services than what we paid for from the hotel. This is incredible value for money. Other reviews mention that they couldn’t have water etc because of late arrival. Again if you ask the hotel they will point you to their vending machines which have multiple drinks and snacks. There is also a 24 hour shop about 5 mins walk away from the hotel. The hotel is very big so please don’t assume that they don’t have facilities you just need to ask where they are. The only slight negative thing we have to say is about the long check in process. I think this is because they are taking details ie address, name, email, phone number from guests. I would suggest the hotel could work with the holiday operators to receive this information before guests arrive to speed up the process. No fault of t
