Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home. Other things to note Shoes must be removed before entering the home. We provide a handy shoe tray and disposable slippers. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the property or on the back patio, front steps, or anywhere in the front or backyard. Smoking or vaping will result in a $1200 additional cleaning fee. If you are unable to refrain from smoking, PLEASE SELECT ANOTHER PROPERTY. No pets allowed. This property is not suitable for wheelchair users as there are steps leading to the front door. Please refrain from going into the neighbors’ yards. The Alexa may be used to lock the doors but not unlock them. There are 3 motion-activated security cameras with floodlights around the perimeter of the house as well as a Ring doorbell and a smart keyless lock on the front door, all integrated with an Alexa device inside the home.
