Hampton Inn & Suites Columbia South Fort Meade Area

It’s not bad but they do need to improvements as I saw bugs a few times in the room during my stay there for a week.

The hotel was located in a prime spot. The room was really clean. I would only recommend getting smart TV. Outside of that, I liked that they offered EV charging as well.

UNSAFE and the staff do not care about your safety. Luggage cart literally falling apart and the staff are kind but shady! Do not book here its UNSAFE!

Great staff, very nice room.

Terrible service and extremely disappointing experience. I prepaid for a King Suite through Chase, but the hotel overbooked and put us in a regular King room without even telling us. Manager Alexis personally guaranteed me a refund for that night and told me Chase just needed to contact the hotel. Chase contacted them, and the hotel denied the refund. Alexis then stopped responding. I really don’t appreciate being led on and lied to, especially by management. Mistakes happen, but making a promise to a guest and then refusing to honor it is unacceptable. Terrible customer service and a complete lack of accountability.

Air conditioning was good. Refrig/freezer leaked all over food, onto the floor where my clothes bag was. Clothes got wet. Tv remote had to be replaced. Only 1 elevator of 2 worked. Floor worn. Halls hot. Fitness room good. Place for dog to go to potty was good. No outlet near beds to charge phones. Had to ask for clean towels. The hotel needs updated. I’ve spent many stays in Hampton Inns & will not be coming back. Dissapointed overall

Everything and everyone was fantastic but I need to give a special shout out to Cece. She was a true gem.

I stayed for a full weekend and I was very impressed. My AC unit in my room was not working and they replaced it very quickly and efficiently. I felt safe in this location, and the coffee was actually pretty good!
