Overall best experience in Colombo.This hotel provide us Deluxe room for one night.Room was nice and clean.I can say it's worth the price but we ordered foods for our dinner,The person taking the order spoke very rudely and showed no respect. It made us uncomfortable and it is important to be responsible so that such things do not happen again.😌🙂

Hotels Breakfast were awful not much choice, towels were badly worn out and they ripped me off for a crab curry for 17750.00 rupees. people at the reception weren't friendly at all. i have stayed at this hotel for more than 5 times and this time was the worst experience i had, i don't think i will ever go back to this hotel again.

This is our 4th time and it seems the hotel has gone down.

The dining staff always go out of their way to help. After reporting a number of times about the ac were we moved to another room.
