出差的便捷酒店，服務員熱情周到，Nisantha，Lakmal 和 Wijeweer 幫助晚上深夜拿行李和打掃衞生。經濟不好，感覺人來的也不多

完全不推薦 味道濃郁 破舊 臟亂差 枕套一看就是沒換過 褶皺上面不知道是蚊子血還是什麼血跡 下飛機看圖片乾淨定了兩天 490多定的 以為最少會乾淨 先湊合兩天 沒想到差的難以想象 床單被套洗不出來的那種黑 根本拍照拍不出來 有破洞的床單下面直接接觸發黃髮黑 全是碎渣皮屑的破舊床墊子 睡得全身發癢 洗個澡吧 浴巾一塊黑 一塊黃 也不知道是什麼 這輩子沒住過這種酒店 設施古老破舊 東西發黃就算了 主要是不乾淨 牆體多處發黴 新國家半夜搬酒店害怕 將就一晚第二天搬走 第二天的房費還不給我退 有一條洗了沒乾的沙灘褲掛在櫃子裏 找攜程找回 酒店説沒有 東西不值錢 性質很惡劣

所有房間都不能吸煙，窗户是封閉式的。地理位置很一般。

hotel needs to provide better amenities for the Guests in the rooms Was well taken care of by Mr Marshall Perera at the Bistro Restaurant during all my meals had during my stay at Best Western The buffet spread is excellent and tasty. We were always greeted by Wijeweera at the entrance whenever we entered or left the Hotel . .

Excellent Hotel experience. Food was in great quality. Staff were very cooperative and always with a smile with solutions. Especially Mr.Nimalan House Keeping Manager was very helpful. Reception Daniel, Abdul and Bell Man Wijeyaweera were always ready to help in every situation.

Il Best Western Elyon Colombo non ha soddisfatto le aspettative. La posizione è fuori dal centro, il che lo rende poco pratico per chi vuole visitare la città. La pulizia lascia a desiderare, e la colazione è decisamente scarsa, soprattutto per gli italiani: poche opzioni e poca varietà. La camera, seppur piccola, aveva tutto il necessario, ma nel complesso non era particolarmente accogliente. L’unica nota positiva è l’ottavo piano, dove si trova un bel bar con una vista panoramica davvero piacevole. Consiglierei questo hotel solo a chi cerca un posto per una breve sosta senza grandi pretese.
