Tolles Stadthotel mit schönen, sehr geräumigen Zimmern. Die Matratzen sind leider nicht sehr bequem und ziemlich hart. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders Anushi ist sehr präsent, hat für jeden ein offenes Ohr berät einen hervorragend bei allen Fragen, die man hat. Meine String Hoppers und das Kottu Roti waren auch sehr gut. Mir hat das Hotel für meine letzten 2 Tage vor Abflug gut gefallen.

Very nice place, the room is very spacious really worth the money i thoroughly enjoyed the ambience, on the top there is a pool and there is a place to relax as well, on the ground floor there is a restaurant where you can order food, also it is very close to marine drive and main road It is a ideal place for a couple to stay Very calm place Manager Anushi is so nice and helpful also all the other staff as well Was a really a good service from them Highly recommendded👍

We spent a night at Taprobane House and it was amazing. After backpacking for over 3 weeks it was so wonderful to stay in such a nice hotel. The room was big and clean, there was a really nice pool on the roof, the breakfast and diner was delicious and the people were incredibly friendly (like everyone in Sri Lanka). Anushi was a very kind host who made us feel very comfortable and at home. I will definitely come back.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. It's a perfect getaway in the busy city and the rooms were very nice and calming. We had everything we needed and Anushi and the staff were very nice and welcoming. I would 100% recommand if you travel tot Colombo or just need a place you stay before or after a flight

Exceptional in every way. Perfect location, massive clean rooms, and great staff. The restaurant attached is of a high quality and the food delicious. The manager, Anushi, is an exceptional host and will help to accommodate your needs. The other staff were also very good!

Súper nice stay at Taprobane. Clean, spacius and modern. We arrived late and there was no problem. Anushi and co had been very nice with us. The y have recommended us a lot of things that had been usefull. The breakefast there has been realy good. Thanks!

This hotel is fab! The staff are all extremely friendly and the food is great! The manager especially went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The rooms are large and very clean. The pool is a great spot for sunset. Would definitely recommend :)

This was our first visit to this hotel, and we were thoroughly impressed. The hotel is perfect, with beautifully designed rooms that offer both comfort and style. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel manager, Ms. Anushi. She was highly professional, offering us a great rate and showcasing excellent marketing and communication skills. Her service was exceptional and truly reflects the high standards of the hospitality industry. One highlight of our stay was the bed, which was not only comfortable but also uniquely convertible—adding to the overall experience. We are very pleased with our stay and are certain we will return. Thank you, Ms. Anushi, for your outstanding hospitality.

Taprobane House is an excellent boutique hotel in a convenient location .... but it has a small secret ... the restaurant located on its ground floor. I had an excellent lunch there prepared from fresh ingredients and the price was reasonable for the high quality of the dishes. The charming head of food & beverge Anushi was very attentive and made sure I had the signature Cream of Kohila Soup freshly made at short notice. This spot has a relaxing ambience and is naturally well lit and cool. The service is friendly and efficient . With a menu to suit all my different taste buds, it was an ideal choice to enjoy a quiet Sunday lunch in Colombo. I will definitely return!
