Vor ein paar Jahren waren wir sehr begeistert, es war wirklich ein Luxus Appartement und echt toll. Dieses Mal ist alles abgeranzt und dreckig. Löcher in der Wand, Staub ohne Ende und über die Flecken an der Wand, dem Bett, dem Boden gar nicht zu sprechen. Auch das Duschgel in der Dusche ist fast leer. Der Code wurde nur auf Anfrage zugesendet. Der erste Eindruck hui der zweite Pfui. Die doppelten Türen sind ein Vorteil, ebenso der Balkon. So kann man Lüften.

The hotel canceled our reservation 2 days before the arrival. The room was fully charged on credit card. They has not refunded the money till now (it has been almost a year) without any response on my emails.

Das erste Mal, dass ich bei Tripadvisor vor einer Unterkunft warne. Ich stand ohne Zugangscode vor der Unterkunft, die angeblich 24 Stunden besetzte "Rezeption", die nur per Telefon erreichbar war. Das Telefon war jedoch ausgeschaltet, hat auf Nachrichten per Buchungsportal, SMS und Email bis heute nicht reagiert. So musste ich mir spät Abends eine anderes Hotel buchen. Auf eine Erklärung oder Entschuldigung warte ich bis heute.
