NH Koeln Altstadt

Hotel itself is modern and clean. Approx 20 mins stroll from the main train station and over the road form the chocolatr museum. However... As previously mentioned by other visitors the breakfast food was not hot, which was surprising considering we took breakfast when it opened at 7.30am. It was also difficult to sleep as the air con/heater did not work - again something mentioned by other guests. We initially stayed on the 3rd floor, facing the road and the Rheine but requested to move on the 2nd night as the room was too hot and the road was too noisy to open the window to let some air in. When asking reception if someone could look at the air con we were told that because it March the universal setting was for heat only and that we could not turn the setting down. If you're at all familiar with being menopausal or know a woman who is menopausal, you'll know that being hot at night time is unbareable. This made it impossible for me to sleep properly and for the above two reasons, we would not return to this hotel.

Tolles Hotel,sehr sehr nettes Personal. Wir würden dieses Hotel sofort wieder Buchen,und wir werden es bei der nächsten Reise nach Köln wieder nehmen. Weiter so.,, Grüß aus dem Münsterland

房間很乾凈，衞生很好，很滿意。周邊購物也很方便，這個酒店正好在科隆巧克力博物館對面。

位置離火車站大概走路20多分鐘吧，還可以，一直沿着萊茵河走，酒店裡麪很新很不錯，到了才發現是個四星級酒店。

各方面都不錯的。

酒店地理位置優越，巧克力博物館就在對面，科隆大教堂還有商業街區都在附近，步行即可。服務很好，房間也寬敞，唯一就是早餐品種少，停車費很貴27歐元一晚上
