Bel hôtel situé dans une rue piétonne de Colmar, à deux pas de la petite Venise, permettant de tout découvrir à pied. Chambre confortable et personnel professionnel, on se sent bien accueilli. Seul bémol sur les prix, la qualité se paye un peu cher !

Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage. Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, Betten sehr gut. Negativ: Toilette etwas klein und leider sehr hellhörig! Frühstück und Service (allgemein) gut. Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich empfehlenswert! Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Wirklich tolles Hotel. Haben uns gleich von der ersten Sekunde an wohl gefühlt. Hotelanlage und Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet. Zimmer ist toll ausgestattet und hat alles, was man für ein Wochenende in Colmar braucht! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Returning to this hotel with family, we were excited to stay. We booked our children in the Family Suite, which has a bedroom and a bunkbed in the room/hall outside. Unfortunately, the area with the bunkbed isn't air conditioned, though the bedroom was. (Not sure if this would also apply to heat in winter). When we informed the front desk, a shrug was the response. Over two nights and three days, we experienced all kinds of front desk behaviors, from kind to indifferent to downright surly. On check in, I excitedly told the clerk we were excited to return, after our stay in 2001. He looked at me and then laconically replied, "I was five years old then."

Fabulous stay at your beautiful hotel. Our room was fantastic - quiet, clean and an incredibly comfy bed. The location couldn’t be better. We opted for the parking and it was incredibly safe and secure. Thank you to your fantastic receptionists Oceane and Guillaume for all your help, both a true credit to the hotel.

Lovely spacious suite. Clean and well organised, lovely cool a/c and comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location with great little 'snugs' to take a break from the crowds with a coffee and your book. Best spot for me was the courtyard garden - for breakfast, lunch or pre-dinner drink.

superbe hotel personnel agreables hotel juste a cote dela petite venise je recommande cette hotel a tous de plus je voudrai remercier la direction du geste qu il on fait pour moi suite a mon petit incident avec la voiture en 40 ans que je frequente des hotel jamais on n as fait ca encore une fois merci et je reviendrais a tous aller y c est un endroit magnifique cettte hotel

La habitación era muy acogedora y con todos los lujos y detalles. Preciosamente decorada. Cama y almohadas comodísimas. El baño fantástico. Quizás le añadiría algún punto de iluminación adicional. El desayuno muy completo y la decoración de los salones de desayuno preciosos.
