Naples Bay Resort & Marina

"Second time staying at the Naples Bay Resort but this was the first time in one of the cottages. Great location and only a 1 min walk to the main pool complex. We had a couple of issues with the cottage when we first got there but the resort had them all resolved within hours. The whole resort is beautiful and a short walk to 5th Avenue and Tin city. The pools and amenities are great, it was a self maintained cottage so no daily housekeeping as you would get with the hotel, if staying longer I’d like to have had housekeeping come at least once tho. The cottage was clean although attention to detail wasn’t there e.g. dust on top of pictures, bed frame etc… but generally was clean. It had everything we needed, they supply towels and toilet paper (a few) and a few other things like detergent. Kitchen was well stocked and had more utensils than we would ever use. Overall a great stay and we will be back."

"Took over 4 hours to get our room. The room wasn't what we booked. Hotel was old looking and under staffed. Hotdogs at the pool took 2 hours and showed up cold and rubbery. 360 grill was over priced and not clean dinning room was very hot. Staff were overwhelmed and NOT helpful"
