Clean rooms, beautiful scenery with pool and seating area, and a tremendous staff. Breakfast was included in our rate and was delicious with a full spread and service. Well located to downtown Santa Cruz as well as vineyards in the area. Only slight complaint (minor) was that it is a little close to the road, so depending on the room, you might be able to hear traffic at night, but very minimally.

El hotel casa de campo es un precioso hotel que tuve la posibilidad de visitar hace 10 años y mantiene su encanto e incluso ahora está mejor. Piezas comodas y grandes con una preciosa vista al campo, la piscina pequeña pero cumple, desayuno algo insuficiente, creo que es mi mayor desilusión, la atención de todo el personal, tremendamente agradable, estacionamiento gigante, bellisimas zonas comunes todo muy bien. Un detalle algo frustrante fué que el Televisor de la pieza NO funcionaba, con un bebe eso fué un problema. Obviando lo de la teve y el desayuno que fué algo discreto, es un lugar ideal para descansar y relajarse y que destaca en la zona con distancia de sus competidores. Volveré sin duda.

En víspera de las Vendimias 2024 la visita al Valle de Colchagua es un rito mágico y terapéutico. En Hotel Casa de Campo en la muy dinámica Santa Cruz es el epicentro de la Fiesta de la Vendimia de Colchagua. Se siente en el ambiente lo que está próximo. La atención, servicio, ese desayuno de campo, calidad de las comidas y el ambiente de estar en una Viña despertando cada día, es simplemente EXTRAORDINARIO!

Un buen lugar con algunos detalles “logísticos” pero afortunadamente los resolvieron el entorno es maravilloso y el desayuno cumple con las expectativas la gente que atiende es muy cordial y amable de verdad tienen un nivel de amabilidad altísimo

Everyone at this hotel was helpful. Loved our stay. A little rustic but it added to the charm. I would rebook again for sure but would definitely ask for room as far away from the adjacent and very busy highway as possible. Road noise from cars and trucks was present all day and night. Otherwise, I give two thumbs up.

Vista linda e quartos muito confortáveis. O hotel também possui piscina e um lindo gramado no entorno. Flores plantadas em frente aos quartos dão um charme especial ao lugar. Hotel tem um bom café da manhã, funcionários cordiais e dispostos.

Viajamos con nuestros hijos de 4 y 7 años y la experiencia ha sido excelente. El hotel está cuidado y el personal es muy amable. El jardin central es inmenso, para relajarse en las horas centrales junto a la piscina, donde el hotel tiene tumbonas y cómodos sofás. Nos tocó una habitación del primer nivel, con acceso directo al jardin. Habitación amplia y limpia. Las toallas y las sábanas eran comfortables y de calidad. Respecto a la restauración, el desayuno es completo ( tostadas, fruta, yogures, granolas, cerales, jamon y queso, pastelería...) y el café el de primer nivel. El resto del día no hay nada para comer, salvo unas papitas en la habitación. Lo recomiendo para ir en pareja a relajarse, o para ir con niños, dado que tienen espacio para correr y disfrutar.

Me pareció un muy buen lugar, personal muy amable, habitaciones limpias amplias y confortables. Todo funcionando perfectamente. El espacio exterior es muy amplio, verde y con varios rincones cómodos para disfrutar de la tranquilidad del lugar. El desayuno exquisito, completo y servido con dedicación. Sólo como punto débil menciono el ruido de la carretera, que, al menos en la habitación en que estuve, es bastante fuerte y despierta muy temprano en las mañanas, porque transitan camiones.

Hotel muito aconchegante, recepção muito prestativa/Gabriela nos ajudou em todas as atividades / Café da manhã muito bom / Paola nos atendeu muito bem !!! Super recomendo, ótima opção na região, muito próximo as principais vinícolas no Vale de Colchagua !!!!
