Terrace Elite Resort Ultra All Inclusive

On arrival after midnight the food choices consisted of some stale bread & processed meats…. rubbish Poor breakfast choices, no fresh pastries & pancakes served are stone cold. No fresh fruit platters just mouldy bananas & nectarines etc We stayed at the seashell vega in the summer & the food in comparison was stunning, lots of choice & very fresh. Tables there were cleaned quickly & efficiently. Limited use of English overall! Hotel full of Germans & Polish who can seem to make themselves understood. It amazes me how English is the most common used language in the world but in Turkey they seem to be fluent in everything but English One night we arrived just before the restaurant shut, but as we ate they cleared away all the food so no desserts or anything else available-also refused to serve us drinks due to after 9pm! Don’t expect such poor service in a 5 star hotel! Indoor bar smells like vomit at times! Overall food is limited & flies flying round puts you off. The main dining area (The Riveria) has trolleys dotted around where you are eating with dirty plates, food waste & cutlery on. These need not to be on the main restaurant floor or if so hidden from view. The seats are grubby & marked and the staff are slow to clear the tables & offer you a drink. Also marked table linen aren’t replaced with clean ones. At lunchtime alot of the staff stand around chatting & not doing alot! I actually served myself a drink at one point & no one noticed. Also lunch should be served in the main restaurant, no choice its just outside and thats it. Beach bar looked tired & worn… food too lacked variety Lovely temperature in the day & to walk in early evening although around 9-10pm it goes really cold & u need a jacket Hotel pool is like an ice bath, absolutely freezing ! Pool area is clean & plenty of beds although i think this is down to the pool temp! Entertainment team work hard & try & get you involved. The night staff on reception were very pleasant and helpful unlike the guy who runs the gift shop…. miserable! Considering this was more expensive than the seashell it shouldn’t be & doesn’t deserve its 5 star status. Management need to visit the Seashell Vega’s main restaurant for some inspiration! As mentioned above these criticisms can all be put right so hopefully you will take on board what i’ve said. As it stands currently we will not be returning!

Hotel is geweldig. Eten variërend, zwembad en privéstrand goed. Entertainment is goed vooral Murat en Ninja. Zij zouden beide manager van het entertainment moeten worden. Zij kunnen zowel de gasten als de collega's vermaken. Top echt top

This hotel is not 5 star, but it does have 5 star elements, but lacks the detail required to be 5 star! We arrived late, food on offer was underwhelming. This improved throughout the week. It was repetitive though we did find something each day to eat. Whether you were served a drink at your table was a hit or a miss, we mostly fended for ourselves during meals. The entertainment team are friendly as was our cleaner. The local area has plenty of shops nearby. I felt the outside areas were dirty, the pool bar, the ice cream stall, like I say lacked detail. I wouldn’t want to go peak season.

Het hotel is opzich prima. Het eten is op sommige dagen beter dan andere, een beetje eentonig. Verder is zo goed als alles inclusief, ook de cocktails! Murat en het animatie team zijn elke dag erg actief en zorgt voor interactie met jong en oud, maakt het liggen bij t zwembad erg vermakelijk

Hotel fajny. Jedzenie bardzo dobre codziennie coś innego. Alkohole i bar na wysokim poziomie. W tym hotelu nie ma nudy. Cały czas jakieś gry i animacje dla dzieci i dorosłych. Murat najlepszy. Basen duży, zjeżdżalnie i siatkówka wodna. Pokoje w fajnym stanie.

Wir waren vom 2. - 11.09 24 zum 3. Mal im Terrace Elite Resort in Gondugdu und konnten erneut einen unvergesslichen und tollen Urlaub dort verbringen. Alle unsere Erwartungen und Wünsche wurden erfüllt und meistens sogar übertroffen. Besonders Bedanken möchten wir uns für die vielen, liebevollen Überraschungen zu unserem Hochzeitstag und zum 70. Geburtstag meiner Frau. Ein großes Dankeschön geht auch an Haci (Direction), der sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend war. Das gesamte Personal ihres Hauses war zu jeder Zeit ausnahmslos freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir unseren Tischkellner aus dem Riviera-Restaurant "SAMET", der unglaublich freundlich, emphatisch und ausgesprochen höflich war und uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen hat. Ebenfalls sehr positiv aufgefallen ist uns die Gästebetreuerin im Foyer, welche sich sehr um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht hat. Eine große Bereicherung und Aufwertung des Terrace Elite Resorts sind die zu mietenden Strandpavillions. Wir haben dort mehrere Tage verbracht und sind hellauf begeistert. Auch hier am Strand war das Personal sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und immer zur Stelle, wenn man etwas benötigte. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns ebenfalls über ständige kleine Aufmerksamkeiten und Aktionen des Hauses. Rundum war es für uns ein toller, großartiger und erholsamer Urlaub, sodass wir gerne im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen werden.
