Pluspunten: De ligging van het hotel was prima op loopafstand had je een grote bazaar. Kinderen hebben genoten van de 6 grote glijbanen en de mooie kinderzwembad. Minpunten: Ik miste een airco in het restaurant ze hadden wel ventilators hangen. Personeel was niet echt behulpzaam, op veel vragen over het hotel hadden ze geen antwoord. Eten eentonig, bijna elke dag het zelfde. Animatie stelt weinig voor..

Отель ужасный Море.. да хорошее, но отель какашка. Не думал что такие есть в сегменте 4**** Денег своих не стоит от слово вообще . 1.По вечерам не всем хватало мяса( если его можно так назвать) 2. Суп переодически подгорал 3.какие то закуски вообще казалось были пожертвованы другим отелем. 4. Приотельный пляж не чистился от мусора и окурков 5. Анимации практически не было. Детская вообще отсутствовала. Для меня как для родителя 3х детей эти факторы были очень важны.. когда мы выбирали этот отель.

This hotel is nothing but bad rude staff apart for a couple of them everything is broken aways wanting tips for things they should do as it’s their jobs Food is not for everyone Bearkat’s is absolutely dreadful not even toast Lunch is the same every day not hot at all Evening meal as a adult I Could get on with a few things but no simple things like chips or pizza Kids meals well there is nothing kids will eat really We have had to eat at a really nice kebab shop round the corner, lovely service, lovely people Entertainment Well we have made our own entertainment Slides only on a few time throughout the day Missing tiles everywhere And believe you never want to see local children tormenting local cats which I believe the children belong to workers that work there disgusting behaviour Avoid this place like the plague if you can cancel your booking cancel it please

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in! We arrived early hours and was greeted by 2 men on reception, one who constantly kept saying to my partner 'give me money I give you better room' even though we had already paid when booking for the bigger family room! He was very persistent and made us feel uncomfortable from the get go. The room was dirty, the air conditioning constantly dripped water and the shower was broken, the hallways are so dark walking to you room i had to reach out and hold the wall. Staff are rude they give you dirty looks, if your English you have no chance none of them can speak any English, the restaurant was filthy and unhygienic tables and chairs are so dirty you don't even want to sit on them, we paid all Inclusive and it was a absolute waste the food is of poor quality, same food served for breakfast lunch and dinner and its all freezing cold and inedible. Even the drinks are served to you warm!! Never no ice, bottles just left all over the side at the bar in over 30°c heat. Theres no day snacks for the children either We ate out everyday there's a lovely steakhouse restaurant next door with good food, good prices and wonderful staff! .. its pointless reading the hotel description as none of it is true, WiFi is charged by the day per person per device (3 euros!!) The large slide wasn't on once during our 11 night stay, we were told apparently it is broken, other slides and kids pool area was only on for limited times, the kids mini club wasn't open once, there was no day entertainment and evening entertainment was around 30min tops. The whole place constantly smells of feces, everywhere is dirty and not cleaned properly. Staff are so rude towards guests during our stay we witnessed multiple staff beat up a young English lad, stamping on him, hitting him with belts! Ambulance had to be called he was a right mess, nit something you want your children witnessing. Staff were walking of laughing about it ... the beach bar is the worst one on the strip by miles, again everywhere is dirty, never no sunbeds and people just pull them all over the beach, food again is terrible, cold chips and rock solid burgers! Yuk. When restaurant opens guests flood in like scavengers pushing and shuffing eachother, piling there tables with food as nothing was ever refilled .. I've never witnessed anything like it and I'm pretty sure food in jail is probably better!! By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, 0 stars!! Booked through love holidays and reached out to them for some assistance and was told by them to speak to reception even though I had explained how uncomfortable I felt, and even when attempting to speak to the reception they couldn't understand you anyway. Then I was told to check out of the hotel with no other arrangements for us or our children and couldn't find out till after doing so if we could be refunded for the unused nights. Worst hotel ever made my holiday very depressing, and worst customer service of love holidays!! .. a

общее впечталение: грязно, большинство сотрудников неприветливые, наплевательское отношение к здоровью и безопасности, старый ремонт. начнем с самого заезда. по приезде в 7 утра наш готовый номер не был выдан, ждали мы 7 часов в лобби с другими гостями с маленькими детьми, которые ждали как до нашего появления, так и после. во время ожидания мы (компанией 6 человек) отправились на пляж при отеле, а вещи нам предложили оставить в камере хранения (комната технички). вернувшись в назначенное время, мы подписываем документы, в которых четко прописано что три номера на шесть человек будут находиться по соседству. выдают нам номера на первом и последнем этаже, на все вопросы администраторша жала плечами и отвечала "мы так не продаем", хотя документ был подписан. далее она чтото промямлила о том, что нас проводят. по сути, как и другим гостям ( как я наблюдала) должны были помочь донести вещи до номера, тем самым проводив, но нам самим пришлось с вещами бегать по трем корпусам шестиэтажного отеля. про номера: прибирают раз в три дня, двери в ванной гнилые, пол грязный, все пластиковое - желтое и старое, во всем номере работает две лампочки на последнем издыхании. в ванной и спальне тускло пытаемся что-то разглядеть, о том как нанести макияж девушками я вобще молчу. вентиляции нет, изза сырости и темноты ползают какие-то глисты по ванной. про "ресторан": кормят три раза в день по принципу шведского стола. ВСЮ посуду приходится протирать - вилки грязные априори, а тарелки без огромных заметных остатков еды придется еще поискать, затем протереть. кормят одним и тем же, за неделю отдыха уже воротило от запаха еды. все халяль, мясо соевое (колбасы, котлеты, сосиски), все молочное козье. всюду летают мухи, бегают по столам кошки. зато можно сходить на бар у пляжа при отеле, дабы разнообразить питание ( можно собрать бургеры. сотрудники ходят грязные, в пятнах - ощущение будто к людям относятся как к свиньям. на баре на столе стояла женская обувь, на мое замечание бармен пожал плечами, и до следующего дня обувь оставалась на том же месте. при отеле есть горки, работают не все, но из тех, где мне повелось побывать, были необработаны стыки, поэтому веселье стоило синяков. инернет, которым все пользуются только в лобби, мы покупали на одно устройство вайфай на всей территории 14$ за 7 дней. плюсы: есть лифт, чистый бассейн.
