Stayed at Turan Prince World for a week in one of their Select Villas. The hotel complex and the Villa we got were awesome. There is a lot to do, the beach was clean and ammennedies on it were awesome. Every member of staff we encountered along the way was super helpful and very friendly. You could really feel appreciated while staying there. The food at the Select Restaurant was also okay, especially when compared to other restaurants. The outdoor pools were a bit cold but that's just due to the time of the year we visited as they were not heated. The sea was nice and warm though. Special thanks to the guys working at the Select Restaurant for their exceptional service. They really made you feel welcome. On the hotel territory there is a waterpark (although the pools there were also freezing), a mini gold track (that was missing the balls and clubs), a mini zoo that oddly had dogs (don't ask me why), a mini amusement park, spaa etc. Overall the whole hotel looked clean, well kept and inviting. The only negative experience during our stay was a restaurant visit. On our last night there we reserved a table in their Mexican a la carte restaurant and I've got to say this was hands down the worst restaurant experience I have had in my life and I've been to some very crappy places in my life. First off, you have to order everything in advance for everyone. The menu has about 20 items on it so no clue why they call it a la carte or what the idea behind it is. When you make it to the table they start bringing out the food but that is also very chaotic. We had people having soup as a starter, some had tacos, some had salads. Instead of bringing all starters out at the same time they brought Tacos, once these were eaten one person got their soup, after that person had finished, the remaining people got their salads. The caesars salat with prawns was essentially just lettuce (not even romain salad), some tomatoes, some mayonaise and frozen small schrimps ontop that tasted after the fridge. As a main course most of our table got the Mexican Steak. I have no clue what they were drinking when naming the food but it was far from a steak. Chewie, overcooked and funky tasting meat with some veg. The only thing that tasted good was the ice cream in the desert. Luckily we didn't have to pay for it as it's an all-inclusive hotel but even the €25 reservation fee we had to pay for 5 people was too much.
