The hotel was clean, but needed some TLC . The indoor swimming pool in particular was very run down and grimy, with the last pool temperature being recorded was April 2022. It was difficult to communicate with the staff as theirunderstanding of the English language was very limited. There was only 1 member of staff, a customer relations lady who spoke and understood reasonably good English. The hotel was very much geared towards German guests. The food was mediocre and very often below acceptable temperature and unfortunately myself and my adult son got food poisoning although when reported it was dismissed by reception saying no other cases were reported. Found the bar staff initially friendly but certainly didn't know how to serve a decent wine or mix a cocktail!

Nişanlım yurt dışından rezervasyon yaptı notunu ekledi Türkiye'den katilacagima dair kendilerini aradım Arzu hanım ne tarihleri rezervasyon açıp bakmasına rağmen Türkiye'den tek erkek almıyorum ve daha saçmalığına bakarmisiniz yabancıların odalarına türk almiyorum diyor bu kadın nasıl bir zihniyet ya eşimle nişanlımla arama sen kimsinde gireceksin direkt iptal ettik rezervasyon sakın yardımcı olacakları yerde başka otel bakın diyor acenta oteli aradığında otelin güvenliği aciyor yabancı lisans yok bir şey yok bu olayida buraya yazmauacaktim ama aynı durumda olanlar varsa hiç bulaşmasın diye yazdım dedikleri gibi gelmeyin başka otel bakın Mart ayında yabancı avına çıkıyorlar ama önce bı üslup ve misafir ilkelerini öğrenmeleri lazım

Okropny pokój, cieknąca klima, zagrabiona łazienka, niezbyt miła recepcja gdzie na dodatek znajomość ang kuleje. Nie dajcie się wcisnąć do dusznego skrzydła z windą przy barze i widokiem na wejście do hotelu- najgorsza i najstarsza część. Basen maleńki, porażka, brakuje leżaków, wszędzie palą, animacje których nie ma, zjeżdżalnie popękane- córka skaleczyła nogę. Plaża to kolejne ekstremum - pełno ludzi, wszędzie, ścisk nawet w morzu. Jedzenie ok, koty są, nieszkodliwe, co chwilę ktoś nęka zdjęcie z papugą, małpką, rodziną, samemu omg! Spa, fryzjer, ulotki - nie ma spokoju. Restauracja z brudnymi obrusami, wala się jedzenie, nikt nie dba o gości. Wszędzie dość daleko z tego miejsca.

Can't fault the hotel. Room was pleasant with comfortable beds. Maid service every day. Fridge stocked with free soft drinks. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. So much food! So many different options daily. Fantastic!. Nice pool area and beach. My only criticism was that the Indoor pool was a little disappointing, smelled of damp and wasn't very warm. Spa rooms were lovely and would recommend having a massage, felt wonderful afterwards. Had my hair cut, coloured and dried at the hotel hairdressers, highly recommend them. Very friendly and helpful, wish I could take the hairdresser home with me. Also had my eyebrows done, very, very pleased with them, although a little painful. We booked 2 trips. First to the market, followed by a boat trip with lunch. It was ok but nothing special. The second trip was the 4 in 1 combo. What an amazing day out, so much fun. Zip line, off road buggy riding across country. Very wet and muddy, such a laugh. Followed by riding off road in the monster truck, hilarious. Then trip into the mountains sightseeing and lunch afterwards. Highly recommend this trip. Brilliant day out. It's a lovely place to relax, unwind and treat yourself with pampering.

Hotel zasługuje najwyżej na 3*. Wielkie rozczarowanie jedzeniem, pokojem, obsługą i jakością całego hotelu . Jest takie powiedzenie" Co ile kosztuje, to tyle jest warte " ! W tym przypadku to jest jak najbardziej słuszne i się zgadza w 100% Ot co !

goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. goede ligging, leuke animatie overdag (dank aan Arda), avonden beetje saai. familiekamer was mooi, goede douche,mooi balkon, maar bedden waren veel te hard Voldoende bedjes bij zwembad en strand. Heerlijke pizza's en ijs.

Посетили отель в октябре. Очень довольны. Отель соответствует пяти звездам. Персонал дружелюбный, отзывчивый.Хочу поблагодарить Рамазана на ресепшен и гест релейшен Оксану, помогали с решением любых возникающих вопросов. Уборка в отеле хорошая. Отличный пляж, много лежаков, великолепный заход в море. Питание отличное, повара вкусно гоовят. Спасибо за отдых

Отель хороший,пляж замечательный для детей.еда вкусная.номер убирается через каждые два дня.берег песок в море тоже песок очень здорова .нам очень нравится.мы тут уже третий год отды.хаем.сауна массаже очень хорошо.персанал Добрый,очень отзывчивый.
