Royal Atlantis spa&resort I had best experience to stay in this hotel along with my family nice and clean room every day different menu of food choices on the beach they make fresh diner kebab ice cream whatever you want all inclusive worth for your money hotel management and staff are polite and helpful they helped me found my lost bag outside of hotel with cash passports etc also this young man Uğur deryalar who organise excursions in Royal Atlantis spa&Resort is very professional kind helpful overall it was best experience to stay in this hotel thanks

The hotel is a really mixed bag… clean but lacks a lot of the basics - The air conditioning isn’t turned on and they refuse to turn it on. I suspect it doesn’t work and they keep telling you it’s not warm enough to have on. I had to really push to get a fan for my room as I can’t sleep in 20 degrees at night. That’s a hot evening for me. - There are no irons in the room and they refuse to give you one. Instead you have to pay laundry to do the ironing. 10 items cost us 20 euros ! - The food is cold and not the best. Really need to have microwaves so you can heat your food. Also there a ridiculous long queues for dinner and except to wait 15- 20 mins to reach the buffet bar! - Finally this is a German resort and there’s nothing wrong with that but the staff speak little to no English so it’s quite difficult to get help or answers to basic questions. Sometimes it feels like staff are being short/ rude but it’s a language barrier and it does make you feel like an unvalued guest. Ok but more 3 star than 5 as suggested. - A huge hotel and takes a good 15 mins to get from our room by reception to the beach. - Beach area is small and a tad overcrowded. Beach bar does serve a good hot lunch - We went all inclusive and no snacks are provided outside of meal times which is disappointing. I’m sure there are better hotels and would recommend trying somewhere else.

We stayed in this hotel as a family and I would like to say the hotel was nice, beds were comfy and the staff were very kind and lovely. The food was delicious and staff was always ready to help. On our trip, my husband left his phone in the bus and we were so stressed as we don't Turkish language, but when we told that to security guard (Soya Celik), he helped us . He helped us by going out of his way . He contacted his driver friends of the bus company and spoke to them on our behalf and explained the situation to them. By contacting the bus driver he managed to find the phone and returned to us. Thank you Soya Celik for your help and kindness. Also i would like to say thank you to the Bar men (Ahmet Isik) who served us the nice drinks. He was very polite towards our son. Overall the stay was very nice and comfortable.

С номером было все в порядке: матрас и подушки вполне удобные. В ванной - мыло и шампунь 2 в 1. Есть одноразовые тапки, халатов нет. Пляжная сумка есть. Сейф бесплатно, мини-бар пополняют (ничего особенного по начинке). Вай фай в номере и на территории бесплатно. Программка на ресепшн та, что на русском языке, не актуальна, не всё по времени и местам совпадало (часы работы ресторанов). Ресепшн слабоват. 2 дня подряд подходили просили доп.одеяло, они записывали в тетрадь, и так никто нам одеяло и не принес. Попросили у уборщицы, когда она к нам пришла. Мы были в апреле, море холодное, но кто-то купается. Бассейн снаружи холодный, внутри с подогревом, но там много детей. По главному ресторану: все хорошо, всего хватает, вполне себе нормально! Лично у меня вопросов нет, все устроило. Сока и кофе нормального по утрам нет. Есть только из автоматов. Очень понравились в этом отеле десерты, тортики (есть кафешка с вкусными десертами и чаем-кофе, работает с 10 до 22, что классно)… и очень порадовали турецкие стаканы в главном ресторане (в других отелях в главном ресторане я не видела их), мы в них пили чай со свежей мятой и с сахаром. Айрана вообще не было нигде, что удивило. Мороженое турецкое мы так нигде и не увидели, написано было в русском программке: 3 часа в баре на пляже; а в английской версии его вообще нет. Так что не ясно, было ли где-то мороженое. В ресторане есть очень хороший официант, я бы хотела его выделить: его имя Mahmut Kakim. Прошу администрацию отеля обратить на него внимание. Он прям супер. Один из лучших официантов, которые мне попадались. Он реально работает от души. Учит русский. Просто именно нюансы очень понравились, и внимание в нужный момент. Был еще один молоденький, умничка, тоже с русским старался, но я его имя не записала. Когда в отзывах пишут про официантов, которые только для немцев все делают, вам просто нужно найти «своих» официантов, всегда есть лапочки, которые и сто раз скажут вам «приятного аппетита» на русском. Мы не тусовщики и не пьем, нам в отеле было комфортно в целом. Погулять особо негде, правда. Спасибо большое за гостеприимство☺️

We arrived here at around 2am after a long flight and travel to hotel a family of 6 ordering 2 rooms prior however we were told upon arrival and check in that the rooms we reserved would be in complete separate blocks from one another we were told that because it was ‘late’ that’s the reason why they didn’t have the rooms available. To which we said that our rooms were reserved for weeks/ months prior so that excuse really wasn’t good enough as they had plenty of time to prepare and should’ve been aware of our arrival time prior anyway. They agreed to give us two rooms for the meantime in the same block different floors (for the night) we ended up staying in the one family room (for 4 persons) all of us as we were not happy being separated from children. We were told to come back the next morning after breakfast around 11. The next morning the lovely manager at the front desk gave us rooms a couple of doors from each other and they also kept us in one of the family rooms which we didn’t plan to be in which allowed us plenty of space. The normal rooms were a little on the smaller side. The fridges were stocked with still and sparkling water and a very sweet kind of children’s juice no cokes/fanta/sprite etc like I’ve had in other all inclusive hotels. The food was okay, a little repetitive at times. It was a novelty to see a different type of meat or dish on the menu. In between meal times they only offered warm drinks, bar drinks and sweet pastry’s and cakes/waffles and ice cream which again were very repetitive (I suppose great for the kids). The pastry’s weren’t very tasty at all very bland and mostly dry, hard and nothing fresh. The drinks were not very consistent as sometimes you’ll get Coca Cola and other times it tasted very watered down (same with sprite and Fanta). House keeping wasn’t consistent either some days they missed our room completely so for the next few days we had to remind them that we needed our rooms cleaned. The beach food was good and offered a good alternative option to what is served in the dinner halls. Overall staff were okay very few of them speaking English however the occasional English speakers were able to help and most members English or not were friendly. We enjoyed our stay sadly the weather wasn’t great (April) so the indoor pool and sauna was a huge asset to the hotel we made the most of our trip as much as we could however there were just a few missing touches for what we believe a 5star hotel should be.

The hotel is luxurious and the staff are courteous and pleasant. Burak Can the animation guy is great. Food is superb and the hotel is very close to the market where you will find dodgy Dave, amongst others. Highly recommend and would visit again. Excellent.Great for families.
