The hotel staff is very helpful and the rooms spacious but the cleanliness and stink is bad. They allow smoking in all rooms and i had to bear it as booking was non refundable. The worst was cockroaches in the bathroom and on my bed. I couldnt sleep at midnight they changed my room but i could not relax that they may come up in the other room too. So very unhappy. Stinky bathrooms. Old linen. The hotel needs to make a few changes. To most it doesnt matter coz they are getting a good size room for 2200/- and staff is sweet. No kettle. No food or tea. Go out for your morning tea on the road. Avoid if cleanliness is important. The only good thing is staff is helpful. Saw housekeeper use guest towel to clean the loo. Yikes

Hotel Vintage Castle is a new property with spacious rooms & toilets, ***** with an in-house car parking facility located conveniently to the main shopping areas and to the Ganga Hospital that's very popular for orthopedics and neurology. I stayed there from January 12th to 18th and found the front office staff very friendly and understanding. However, I wasn't happy about housekeeping; the rooms and toilets were not very clean, and the bedding was not changed until I requested it. During my stay, the in-house restaurant was under small renovation, so we couldn't get in-house food.

This hotel had been exactly located within the residential premises of Sivananda Colony. It’s a kind of service apartment / boutique hotel Pros - Spacious rooms - Suitable for family guests as it has got utmost privacy - Availability of Parking space - Courteous staff members - They do have an in-house restaurant as they provide room served menu Cons - Slow Water fall system in Bathrooms - Cleanliness could be improved a bit - Non availability of Buffet breakfast for this price range Got a room upgrade to Suite room. Even the Visitors room at the suite had got an Air-con. Family Guests could opt for this suite during their stay!!

Fantastic experience and memorable trip. It is quite centrally located. Staff has good attitude. Rooms are clean and fittings are new. Nice lift tòo. The large windows let in a lot of light. The wi fi works fast. Lots of grocery shops and small restaurants nearby.
