The hotel is ok for short day and the complimentary breakfast is really good.the place needs maintenance and seems falling apart in last couple of years. I was told no visitor allowed and I would prefer if they inform before check in .

We happened to book this facility as a couple with two kids. At first glance the room seems ok. When we were about the sleep found that the pillow covers were all stained, not one but all 4 covers and inside the cover the pillows were in horrible condition. ( though they changed the covers still avoided to use them. And moments later we were hearing some one knocking or making some knocking sounds and we opened the door the check, not anyone but behind the wall you can hear some rat biting something very hard and did it through out the night( only stopped when it was bright). There is no enough parking space in the premises, as a guest i expect my car to be parked inside the premises but i was asked to park on the road to allow some innova taxi to move around. We expect some courtesy for the 3star rating and the brand value. That was zero. I don't event want to comment on the food.

The room is good, but as usual, the bathroom drainage isn’t functioning properly. During my last stay in a suite, the bathroom drainage had similar issues. This time, they have also downgraded the bath soap from biotique to an ordinary brand, and that too, they only provide it if we ask. Additionally, the treadmill has been switched from their reputed precor brand to a local one that’s incredibly noisy, so i opted to use the elliptical for 20 minutes instead. One more suggestion from a customer’s perspective: the kitchen closes for room service at 10:30 pm and reopens at 7 am. It would be helpful if hot milk and coffee were available throughout the night. This small change would greatly benefit guests attending weddings, travelers with children, and night travelers who may need refreshments during these hours.

Good place to stay especially for business trip. Rooms are maintained with hygiene and ambience was very good suits business class. Breakfast spread was excellent and tasty. I prefer to stay in GRT Property where they have in places I travel.

The best hotel stay I have had. They are pet friendly and welcomed my furry baby with so much love and warmth. My fur baby's bedding ***** with toys and food and water bowl was all ready when we checked in. They provided dinner too for her on request. Room ameneties and toileteries were exceptional. Breakfast too was beautiful. They went all out and ensured that we and my furry princess had a lovely stay.

Zibe is always welcome with the good note and room service manager and their staff very polite and knees breakfast excellent and people approach wad good hance we never miss out further booking in future
