One of the worst experiences in my whole life, stinky smelling rooms, unwashed bed and pillow covers

Last week, we took 2 rooms, since we booked offline, they offered club room because no standard rooms are available. My cousin's room was big enough but lights are so dim, when we ask them about it, they said that this is what available. Next my room with hall they provided looks so luxury. Next morning we found that no TV working, no hot water and toilet seat is not bolded properly. I told we will vacate if they are not clearing the issues. That night when we asked about issues whether fixed or not? Manager is not aware. Then he says since I said in the morning that I will vacate he is ready to provide other room in some other property. How can we move immediately that with the children? We confronted and my uncle who runs Trip advisor business blasted him like anything then he agreed for us to stay. Next morning when I asked the reception they're not aware of those situations. How come they're running business like this? God only knows. I strongly won't recommend this hotel.
