Esmerada atencion del personal, con instalaciones muy agradables. Hotel bonito y muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar. Coyhaique es un destino imperdible para aventurarse en la naturaleza mas espectacular, con paisajes inolvidables.

Un hotel al que frecuentemente solemos ir. Más allá del confort de las habitaciones y amplitud de las mismas, es inadmisible que la habitación no cuente con accesorios básicos y elementales como un hervidor eléctrico o pava eléctrica, un par de vasos o un par de tazas para poder tomar un té o café. Además gran decepción con el servicio de desayuno, de una calidad mediocre, desayuno básico y elemental, para un hotel cinco estrellas. Sin dejar de mencionar que constantemente hay que pedirle al personal que lleven mermelada, manteca, jugo, etc. ya que nunca reponen. Realmente una decepción en los aspectos mencionados.

The beds are too small. All the rest is ok. Two single beds on the room. Double beds this days use queen size beds. You can not move on a single bed……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..,,

The hotel is fine and well located. The food and rooms are good. However, at least the floor I stayed on, which was the third, was very noisy. It must be because it’s the floor where people take the elevator for breakfast. In general, there was a lot of noise in the hallway. I suggest choosing a room on a higher floor. The staff was friendly.

Excelente habitación, buen colchón y ropa de cama, excelente servicio en general. El único y grave problema es que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba en ninguna de las 2 habitaciones, siendo que se programó a 15 grados, pero sólo emitía calor cercano a los 24 grados, se debe trabajar en arreglar eso.

This is a proper hotel with a lift! It also has its own parking which might not sound much but parking is a nightmare in Coyhaique. The room was big a spacious and it had a decent shower. The casino part is in different building and you wouldn't notice it if you just came in through the front of the hotel. It's not like Las Vegas! Other than breakfast we didn't eat here but breakfast was fine with a decent spread. This has to be the best place in town.
