I can’t say enough nice things about the property and the staff. From the moment we arrived everything was top-notch. Michelle was extra helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The inn keeper Andrew was ultra professional, and was helper even prior to our stay with assisting with our reservation. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling in the Boston/ Cohasset area. 5 stars isn’t a high enough rating.

Oversll, very good. Beautiful property and grounds. Friendly staff. Shower water pressure excellent. Big rooms.
Only drawbacks...
Basic Cable - couldn't watch Red Sox or Celtics at a place just south of Boston.
Mattress- back was sore when I woke up.

Our room was so cold we slept with our coats on. The thermostat was impossible to see and operate. We decided to check out a day early because our stay had been so compromised.

The Red Lion Inn is a wonderful place!!! Besides the historic charm and tavern, the inn is warm and inviting. The staff is very pleasant and goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed. This Inn was the highlight of our trip.

All in all the location and area is phenomenal. The only reason for any complaint would be that the room showed signs of wear and tear, with some paint, peeling and plaster, peeling in some areas as well as a shower with a soap holder that looked like it had been super glued to the wall Several times. Again, I have to say, though that I love the area and the location and would consider staying again
