Quality Inn & Suites Coeur d'Alene

Deceptive pet fee policy. The website says $10 pet fee per night, but they actually charge $10 PER pet which is not disclosed. Otherwise everything else was great. The room was clean, the bed & pillows were comfortable and the staff was nice.

I stayed at this Quality Inn from 11/25/23 - 3/27/24 on business. This was my first time in Idaho. The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself was clean. Once I entered my room everything was perfect. The bed was comfortable. The housekeeping staff was friendly and attentive. They always accommodated my requests without hesitation. The laundry room and gym was always clean. Restaurants were close by. It was a great stay and I would definitely come back!!

Very clean, the staff is professional, friendly, attentive to guests needs. Also, staff very knowledgeable of area attractions. Location is perfect. Stay here 3-4 times a year when visiting family and grandchildren in the area. In walking distance from really great restaurants.

Old hotel showing its age despite newish paint & carpet. Friendly & responsive staff. Room had an old shoe /wet dog smell not sure if it was the curtain or heating unit but despite the odor the surfaces were clearly wiped down & clean. Nice breakfast & hotel.

Cleanliness, friendly staff, quiet, comfortable bed, everything works, great shower pressure, smells clean and fresh, priced right for what you get, and a nice hearty breakfast! Well, that’s is what you get if you stay here.

A reasonably smart hotel next to the freeway. It’s a short drive downtown but there are restaurant options in the area. Checking in was a bit slow. The room was quite a good size with the usual fridge, microwave etc. Quite a good breakfast was provided and there is a large and warm swimming pool.

We stayed here while going to Silverwood for the weekend. Booked here bc the rates were lower compared to other hotels in the area and had great reviews with a convenient location off the highway. Mistake made… We checked in and noticed that the trash that was under our sink never got taken out from previous guests. They were apologetic and came quickly to remove it but then things just got worse. Shortly after, I noticed there was some blood splattered on the doorway going into the bathroom, then later saw a few boogers that had been wiped on the entryway wall and bathroom door. The pool was cloudy and did not appear safe to swim in (when it wasn’t closed for maintenance). The breakfast area was hot and stuffy like a sauna with sticky floors from the syrup that was likely coating the floor and tables were dirty. Front desk staff were not professional or very helpful. Didn’t answer their phone a few times when we would call. Rooms only get serviced every 3 days so don’t expect to have your trash taken out or bed made up while you are here unless you request. Also found a dried up old muffin under the nightstand when we were checking out to make sure nothing was left under the beds etc. I don’t usually leave negative reviews but after this experience I felt like I needed to since it was not clean. I don’t expect a lot, but when spending almost $900 for 3 nights, I expect a clean space. Will never stay at another “Quality” Inn again. Would never recommend to anyone to stay here.

I was planning a trip with my family (including my dog) and called ahead to make a reservation. Lex helped me make the reservation over the phone and he was amazing. After talking with Lex and getting the email confirmation I was so relieved. For people traveling with kids and a dog, I’m sure you can relate. Gray at the front desk was friendly and professional at check-in. The beds are comfortable, there is plenty of parking and multiple dining options within walking distance. This location isn’t as new as some but it’s clean and the staff is excellent.

toilet seat was cracked I told female staff, I reported again to male staff not fixed upon leaving I was charged over 180 for that broken toilet seat is this how they get there items fixed room filthy
