Beachside Hotel & Suites

For starters, the first room we entered had cockroaches all over the place in the bathroom and running up and down the walls. We asked the receptionist for a different room or we planned to leave. They gave us a pool side upgrade. The next room was “okay” and bugless. But there were still issues. There was a huge stain on the wall and what I assume is mold under the sink. The corners of every single part were very dirty, including the floors and your feet were black after minutes. The beds were comfortable. The couch pull out had blood stains and rust stains on it, including crumbs and bugs and had old chip bags and stuff underneath. You could tell no one had given it much of a cleaning at all. The pool was great and clean, breakfast was great and hot and lots of variety’s. The breakfast attendant was rude to my son and they were very strict about wearing the bracelets that you are given for breakfast. The bar is closed Monday Tuesday and Wednesday so we didn’t get to go to that either. The patios were dirty but the furniture was nice out there.

To start off, the hotel floors are disgusting. they clearly have never been mopped and make your feet black in a very short amount of time. the pull out mattress in the couch had dirty orange and brown lines/marks on one side with crumbs and dead bugs, and when flipped over it had a huge brown mark about the size of a hand in the middle. the toilet flush was broken and fiddly, and the shampoo dispenser on the wall fell off and cut my hand open. To add on, there was toenail cuttings spread over the balcony!!! The only good things about this hotel is that the pool and bar is a nice rest, and the bar and reception staff were lovely. it is also a short walk to the beach so you can get there easily.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beachside gem! The location couldn't be better—just a quick walk to the beach which made it so easy to soak up the sun and come back for a break whenever we needed. The lazy river pool was perfect for relaxing after a beach day and great for families too! We also loved how many restaurants and shops were just steps away—plenty of options without needing to drive anywhere. The customer service truly stood out—every staff member we interacted with was kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Spacious, clean rooms, prime location, and top-notch hospitality—can’t recommend it enough!

Stay Far Away! This place is dirty, they don't offer room service, tv or wi-fi. When asked how to turn on the TV they say you have to call maintaince. The food was gross, there was mold, the floors were never mopped, old food in the fridge. We had to call the police due to the front desk that never answered the phone and the people next to us got arrrested and they staff could care less, other than say we hope you stay with us again, which will never happen. I wouldn't even allow my dogs to stay here!

The name of this place has the words hotel and suites. I think it may be a refurbished motel. Staff was nice, had a pool and restaurant, which I did not use, was only there one night. There are many places to eat, and a Starbucks was right next to the hotel. The room was clean, had a fridge, small hot plate, two chairs with a bar to sit at. Bathroom was clean, provided with shampoo,conditioner, and body wash. Also a hair dryer. The bed was ok, but the pillows! A mix of sizes, not one standard size pillow. I had to take two off the other bed in the room.

We booked a full ocean view suite. On arrival, we found the full ocean view was very much partial between buildings and a very distant partial view. No beach at all. Not even access. The room had stains all over from walls to couches, and tho appeared clean, was rather nasty. Definitely disappoints. A call to the front desk on arrival left us more disappointed with only a response of it isn’t my job to advertise that it’s a full ocean view when it isn’t.
