Hotel Flor de Itabo

I wouldn't stay there again if you paid me The room was dirty and had mould , the bathroom was mouldy and bath was stained , no shower head .we originally booked 2 nights but stayed 1 and we wouldn't have stayed 1 night but it was too late to find somewhere else !

Please save yourselves the money. I’ve been traveling for a while and this property looked abandoned, even our driver was concerned. 1. Super dirty. We never took our shoes off because the floors and everything was dirty. Including keeping our sandals on in the shower. Sheets were stained with old blood or poop, hard to tell. Towel was visibly dirty and stained. 2 the “shower/tub” was in disrepair and literally a pipe out of the wall. Couldn’t close the shower door and it was questionable how long the “soap” dispenser was there. 3. Mould around the a/c so we didn’t even turn it on. The hairdryer was broken. 4 super noisy, paper thin walls and construction all around the hotel. 5. No pool or restaurant. Both were in severe disrepair and haven’t been functioning in decades. 6. Ants in the room, including I had them crawling on me and waking me up several times. 7 limited time staff is there and main person didn’t speak any English. The one maid seemed nice but again everything was super dirty and we only got 1 dirty towel for two people.

Pablo castillo de la habitación 28 junto con Josép el administrador del hotel me robaron mi bulto calvin clein y mis pertenencias ...tengan cuidado y hay más veré si mañana me devuelven con la policia mi bulto sino ya verán..lo que diré mas..si me devuelven mis peternencias por lo menos quedan como personas honradas.. pero llevo luchando 10 días para recuperarla y el señor adulto joseph junto con pablo hicieron esa maldad
