Namin used to be one of my favorite hotel in Bandung. However, this might be my last stay.
1. Shower hanger is broken. Already asked the staff to fix but they can’t fix it permanently. In addition, they don’t offer us to change rooms.
2. Floor is squeaking, really annoying when we were walking in the room.
3. Air conditioning is not functioning properly. As a result, the room temperature is stuck and the air in the room is not fresh. Seems like the AC is too dirty.
4. One of the lift is broken, so only one lift is functioning.
5. The staff can only give one room key. No options were provided (re: deposit for additional keys or others), it was just a hard no.
Seems like the room wasn’t maintained properly or maybe some changes to the hotel’s management. In summary, it’s not value for money. With the same price range, better to go to an international hotel chain. There’s many options in Bandung.
Hopefully Namin can fix the issue, because they have a great location. Too bad if the service or the room is not performing at its best. Cheers.
