Four Points by Sheraton Cleveland Airport

設施就相當於國內的招待所，跟國內喜來登差距挺大的

No one was at the front desk…then a young girl came out that looked like she was hanging out at home with a Disney sweater…. The pool was closed. The bed felt like you were sleeping right on springs. Pillows horrible. There weren’t that many people staying there on a Monday but it seemed they put everyone next to eachother…. The bathroom shower was old and outdated. The elevators weren’t all working. You can find a much nicer stay for a few more bucks…don’t waste it here!!!

This place was horrible- rude and incompetent staff- outdated room, mishaped pillows, filty tub, hard bath towels- just overall dingy. Loud parties going on all night long and people parading through the halls screaming at night. No restaurant, no coffee as advertised- would never stay here again

We get to our room, and the first thing we noticed is that there were 3 towels in the bathroom. All hand towels. Went to the front desk and the young man informs my husband that there are no more. We both had to shower the next morning using 3 hand towels. Went down again the next day to ask for more (for the next morning) and again was told, that there were no more. Let’s talk about the bathroom. Not sure what was all over the door. It was absolutely filthy. There was mold on the ceiling in the shower (not a fan in sight) the shower doors looked like they weren’t cleaned. Ever. And the shower floor looked pretty grimy too. Hey, but the bed & pillows were comfortable! When you’re walking to the lobby you can see that the pool is out of order. It’s kind of creepy. Looks like one of those photos of abandoned places. Cover up the glass windows so patrons can’t see inside. That’s it. That’s the review. Oh, and what’s with the email I received asking for a review? I’m not sure what language it came in. (See photo)

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star it was awful, place was disgusting it was filthy stains all over the carpet, mattress, comforter, bathroom was filthy the room smelled, elevators did not work, and paid extra for the park and fly and when I arrived home I called the hotel for the shuttle service to come back and get my car and I had a party of 4 with luggage. The rude girl at the desk said sorry shuttle is in the shop call and Uber. She also told me it wasn’t her problem I asked for the manage she told me there was no way to get a hold of him and hung up. My husband called back and she told him the manager was in a meeting and wouldn’t come out so he was on site she was just to lazy to get him. I would NEVER stay at the place. Pay extra go somewhere else! The place is filthy and staff does NOT care and is rude.
