This is by far the best hotel in Cleveland. Every one of the staff are amazing people. They are so friendly and made me feel at home and I greatly appreciate that. I felt very safe. The room I had was very clean and cozy. I strongly recommend staying here if you ever visit Cleveland.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Worst motel I have stayed in in my 56 years of life. First of all, the rooms are not clean. There are multiple people and families living in this motel full time as their permanent residence, and some of them leave their crap all over the outside of the motel. The kids of one of the families were running around unchecked, raising hell past midnight. The place was so noisy all night that I could not sleep a wink for days. Unfortunately, I had to stay here for over a week out of necessity as other nearby motels were booked. Terrible experience, do not stay here. Sleeping in an alley would be a better option.

Service was great 10/10 on that. If u need a place to sleep in Cleveland this isn’t a horrible choice. Didn’t really have a single problem the whole time and if we needed anything we asked and it was given to us so for that I had to give it five stars

I really like the knights inn hotel it's a good hotel and the owner is really nice to me and my family this is the best hotel I have ever been at so far I love this hotel so much I will definitely be giving this hotel a five star review. Another thing that I love is the cats that are here the don't bit and if they do they are just playing with you. Some of them are scared of people but not all of them are. That is why I will be giving this hotel a five star review

Sam and Deborah are very accommodating. if you have business or pleasure in Cleveland, this is a great place to stay as there are not many options in the area. They were remodeling during my stay, but there were no issues. I will be back in the future and have already made my Reservation with Sam.

Sam is very nice and the staff is very accommodating! Very good place to come stay and enjoy the great outdoors of Cleveland ga, with yonah mountain and Helen very close. Also alot more affordable than Helen hotels pretty much all year around.

Very great place to stay, very good service & I will be back very much soon ! I very much recommend! Easy place to get food that is very nearby. Very nice view in Cleveland ga. The workers are very helpful and very much caring and the pool is amazing

We had a great stay last night and today. Great place to stay for families. The pool was great and the owners were very helpful and accommodating. Good location and close to lots of restaurants and convenience stores. Would definitely stay again.

We've stayed at this hotel several times on business. Sam, the owner, is always present and on-site. He's steady trying to improve the exterior and interior every time we are there. Super nice guy, super nice staff. Comfy beds and pleasant atmosphere. Just 10 minutes from helen, ga, and substantially less cost. I'll keep going back.
