Holiday Inn Cleveland, an IHG Hotel

406 Absolutely Filthy. Side door closest to LQ doesn't work with key. Both the refrigerator and the heater make horrible rattling noises. Even though it's February there was a flying beetle in here. We only stayed because we have a pet. Parking lot has booze bottles and condom wrapper.

Stayed one night at the Holiday Inn - Cleveland. A clean and quiet hotel. There was no one to greet us at the desk when we arrived… limited staffing obviously at night. The restaurant could only offer half of its menu, as the cook could not use the grill. Internet speeds were quite slow. Close to I-75.

Stayed here for one night on the way to Gatlinburg. Hotel was very clean and fresh looking. Staff was friendly. The clean hotel and a comfortable bed were exactly what I was expecting. Parking may be a little tight if they get full, I had to go around back but found ample spaces there. Would stay again if I’m the area.

Updated and clean. Friendly staff especially the breakfast waitress and Lisa at the front desk. Lisa was very helpful with our boarding passes. Food was just ok. There are restaurants in the area to make up for that. Pool was clean. Overall very good experience.

Beautiful new hotel. Greta folks! Breakfast was great, evening at the bar was awesome, and best of all, they have a brand-new Level 2 EV charging station that actually worked!!! (How many places you go they don't!). I strongly suggest that if you need a super convenient place to stay and only a short drive to a cool downtown area, do yourself a favor and stay HERE!

Awesome 4 day stay. Staff here could not be more helpful or kind, big Thank You to Lisa for all of her assistance. Staff is very accommodating & willing to help with a cheerful smile. Close to Chattanooga for attractions. Good family restaurants very close by hotel that are very reasonable.

We stopped at the Holiday Inn Cleveland last night, but I had to post this review the next night because there was no working Internet at the hotel. You could connect to the wireless access point, but it could not connect to the Internet. The exterior looks great. Good parking area, working carts. The front desk person was friendly. There is no free breakfast included. A first for this year's family trip - EVERYONE has free breakfast. But my fault for not making sure before booking. The elevator worked fine. The room was clean and functional. The room and furniture looked new, but the bathroom showed signs of age pointing to a remodel. The beds were comfortable. Pillows fine and larger than most places so far on our trip. The TV was great. Lots of channels and easy to operate. The neighbors were noisy. The walls transmitting noise pretty easily from the hall and adjoining rooms. And ceiling. The shower had plenty of hot water, though the pressure varied during my shower. Ice machine worked great with ice buckets actually smaller than the plastic bag, so the bag didn't collapse once you start filling it (a pet peeve of mine) So pretty good. No breakfast or internet really affected my rating moving it down a grade. Those are two things that are required now days.

Traveling to Florida and decided to stop for the night. So glad our waitress recommended you. Our first time at Holiday Inn. Wonderful room and great front desk. Bright and clean room. Define staying with this chain again. Decent hot breakfast.

Friendly staff!!! Everyone we interacted with from front desk folks, breakfast area, and even house keeping staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was very inviting for a restful night’s sleep. Nice comfy beds and very clean room. If you’re interested in breakfast, I recommend paying ahead of time for the breakfast at the time of booking. Better value when purchased ahead of time. Kids also eat free when adults get a meal. This worked out great as we had 2 adults and 2 kids! We had time to get a little pool time in before checking out. We appreciate this having kids and being on the road while traveling.
