Clermont Caravan Park

I'd rate this a 1.5 stars but I can't, hence my rating. The cabin that I was in, was a back to back Donga type. Both units were serviced by a shared gas hot water unit. After arriving and finding out there was no hot water for a shower I contacted the manager who said that he would change the Gas bottle as that was probably the problem. I was told I could use the amenities block as an alternative. In the morning there still wasn't any hot water for a shower. I conveyed my sincere disappointment with the manager on the way out of the caravan and was met with excuses and was again suggested I could have used the amenities block. I said that I paid for a self contained cabin with hot water so that is what I then expected to have. This effected my work colleague as well who was in the other cabin. I am highly unlikely to stay here again.

Been here many times previously. Under new management apparently, miss management more like it. We questioned a directive about moving our car, that was parked fully within our allotted space. We were told to move, met with aggression, arrogant and condescending comments. Some people should never be in that position as it is obviously beyond their ability.

Good park and amenities however I’m perplexed at the rude attitude of the manager, he has anger issues and needs to learn how to respect his clients who pay his wages, the park owners need to replace him with a good manager that appreciates his clients. We will not say here again

Andrea was great but given the conditions of the road from Belyando Crossing to the caravan park it took me longer than expected. Thankfully Andrea waited for me after I rang when I was stuck at roadworks. Drive through double site so didn’t have to unhitched to continue my journey tomorrow. Thank you Andrea for being patient when you really needed to be elsewhere- I truly appreciate it 😊

We stayed in a cabin on a very hot day. The aircon in the cabin was struggling to keep the cabin cool as it was 42c outside. I called the managers and they came dow and immediaetly offered to move us to another cabin as the poor old aircon was not working properly. I have complained in other parks cabin' about aircon that was not working correctly and have been fobbed off with "its hot what do you expect". We have aircon at home so I know what to expect! Any the managers at Clermont were very helpful and we had a cool comfortable stay in our cabin
