"There was an emergency and I had to leave my home with my two children and my two dogs at a last notice. I had spent all day loading the U-Haul needless to say I looked rough and can barely walk needing knee surgery. Looking for a discount I discovered super.com where the rooms were $74 a night versus $149 a night if you were to walk in. Instantly I can tell he was upset about it because he argued with me about owing more money. The rest of my visit was a nightmare I was charged for a service dog which is supposed to be free in the state of California ,(it also states it on their website) instead of the normal $20 pet fee i who was charged a $26 fee my dogs were picked up the next afternoon around 2:00 p.m. and he charged me for a whole another day. after a couple nights there at the discounted price he asked me to leave the property said I was not allowed to stay any longer he held my deposit longer than normal would not let me use the laundry facilities I couldn't even get the Wi-Fi password until someone else went in and got it for me I feel like I was profiled because I looked up my first day there after having a long abusive afternoon this place will never receive another Penny from me however if you decide to go use the super.com website and get a really good discount 😁"
