"First off the front desk man was so incredibly rude. Refused to acknowledge any concerns that I had and threatened to charge me for the room and not give me the keys. Then followed it with no longer addressing me, but would only address the male with me. When asking for an explanation in the price increase, he told me there was nothing he could do. Additionally when there was a note specifically written in the reservation that I would be paying cash my credit card was charged before I had even arrived to the hotel. Totally not worth the price."
