This river view ranch is located on a quiet dead end road. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths 6-8 people will enjoy all the comforts of home. There is a pull-out couch in the main living area. Recently added central air for summer cool and a forced hot air furnace for winter warmth will comfort you in any season. The propane fireplace will help add to the romantic ambiance. While out on the deck you can relax on the comfortable deck furniture. There is a white picket fence to protect a dog or kids while they play. Plenty of parking space for vehicles. The dock slip can handle up to a thirty foot boat. Shore power, hot and cold running water are available for your boating needs. We had a relaxing time at this home. Had a lovely dinner our first night on the deck with the view of the water. Great neighborhood, very quiet. Perfect spot to walk around as well. Home was just as described and very clean! Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Clayton cottage
Everything was wonderful from the view, cleanliness, and location. The yard was perfect for our dogs. They enjoyed the stay as much as we did. The beds were very comfortable and can't express how clean we thought the place was. We would definitely stay here again....

Peaceful Beautiful View!
The home was perfect for our group (5 adults) and we had our fur children with us too (3 dogs!). We chose days where the weather was perfect too and enjoyed all of the outdoor accommodations on the large deck. Highly recommend!

Great location with excellent view of river
We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The home is close to many restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed sitting on the deck looking out at the river.
The home is very clean, and the beds are comfortable.
We highly recommend the Clayton Cruises - we took the day cruise to Boldt Castle and it was wonderful. And it's just down the road!
