As an Ambassador Elite member, I expect a certain level of service from The Ritz-Carlton, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. My hair dryer was stolen by staff, and despite calling twice for assistance, I received no follow-up. After getting no resolution, I escalated through my concierge, which finally prompted a response—only to yield the same result without as much as an apology. Beyond the frustrating lack of follow-through, the fact that a personal item was taken raises serious security concerns. This was unacceptable for a brand that prides itself on exceptional service and guest care. I hope management takes these issues seriously and implements better communication and security measures to prevent similar incidents in the future, although a recent review had the same experience with a stolen item.
