There are 2 boat launches less than 2 miles away- Decker;s Landing and the Fair Haven DNR site. The home is 2000 sq. foot and has many recent updates- sprinklers, new large fully equipped granite kitchen with new black stainless appliances. I have a wife and 3 kids and two boats. we just love it in Algonac. we do fishing from the dock and boat. you can take the kids tubing or skiing (from your boat) right in front of the house. this is a nice, clean, crime free area of Michigan. it's safe and fun. Johnnie Lega's is a full service restaurant and bar that only two properties away. You can easily walk there for for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks! The house has 5 newer window air conditioners. they are quite.
