Conveniently located just outside of Clarion. Only a short drive away from Cooks Forest, within eyesight of Route 66 bike trail, and a 5.5 mile drive to the nearest Clarion River boat launch.
This home has all the modern conveniences of your home, with a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor fire pit with a spacious backyard, and lots of room to spread out, relax, and enjoy your stay! Enjoy the convenience of central AC and heat, as well as WIFI!About pets:Pets allowed: limit 3 total.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:This home is in a quiet neighborhood. Guests should be quiet 10:00pm, to 7:00 am, especially when using the outdoor fire pit area..Please keep vehicles parked on the driveway. The house was very clean and comfortable! Well equipped kitchen and nice appliances . We especially liked the Route 66 trail across the street that allowed us to bike to Cook forest!

Short Get- Away
Stayed at this property with family and enjoyed the space over all. The home was beautifully refinished modernizing the space and allowing us to feel comfortable and right at home.
