Somebody had put a bowl previously to staying there over the smoke detector. I don't smoke so I got off work and they locked me out of my room that I paid for will not refining my money then charge me an extra $100 to get my property back. I had stayed there for almost a month with no problems whatsoever. The manager and her sidekick are both power tripping cocky rude snotty women that should not be running any part of that business. Discuss me to see either one of them having that much control over any other human being absolutely childish and ridiculous. Both should be fired way more qualified candidates out there you should be looking at. Both of them should be ashamed of themselves.

I appreciated them putting me in a room I requested as there are a couple of buildings that are easier to access for people with bad knees, but they are also much quieter than some! The room I had also had a nice table/chair-booth to use for my laptop, not all rooms have good laptop areas.

inadequate amenities, no side tables, just 2 very small shelves that are angled so that anything you place there will slide to the floor. No in room coffee, not even a cup for water. Old dresser with chipped paint. Uncomfortable beds, would not recommend. Friendly staff, though.

The room was very clean. I liked I log in to my Amazon to watch movies. The lady at the front desk (Michelle) was very sweet. She also told me that the housekeepers name was Tiffany and she is amazing as well. :) we had a fireplace in our room and also took advantage of the swimming pool. It was great on a 95 degree day! Thank you!

Michele went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. She is a valuable asset to your company. Thank you Michele!! Our room was clean and neat. The faux fireplace was a nice bonus! Overall it was a great experience and we loved our stay.

Do not stay here, awful experience! Place is in disrepair and not as advertised on their website. Appears that some of it is being used to house homeless and staff. Definitely not a non-smoking property as advertised. Very, very rude front desk manager. TV did not work, lots of damage in the room. Even the outside areas look as if they aren’t maintained. Not mowed, weeds, chipped handrails, etc.
