For shared use: swimming pool fenced (12 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Private: property (fenced), natural garden 1'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (above ground) (9 x 5 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: WiFi, washing machine, bicycles available (extra). Parking at the house. E-charging station.
