"There are cockroaches in the accommodation, but the worst part is the host's response. Here's my comment: Anyway, in Menorca, it's common during the summer season, which combines heat and humidity...it's not specific to this place; it happens all over Menorca. It's important to understand the local customs before visiting. They offer no solution. I have a phobia of these insects. They justify it by saying you have to understand the local customs. Does anyone think that's a reasonable response for a guest who comes to have a pleasant stay? In short, I absolutely do not recommend this accommodation."

"We stayed at Seth Port for the third time this year and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. This hotel has a superb location either as a central point for staying in Ciutadella, or for getting out and about by bikes or car (we do both). The rooms and communal areas are spotlessly clean and the food is fantastic with loads of choice including for vegetarians. The pool area is very chilled with no fights for sunbeds and plenty of places to sit and find shade. My only drawback was that this year we found a few more families with children at the hotel, when usually this has had more of a quiet/couples vibe. We left the day before the Sant Joan festival, and upon leaving there seemed to be some larger/louder groups arriving so it is useful to check the dates of the festival before booking (which we did from prior experience!). Fabulous staff who were helpful for everything we needed. I am sure we will return."

"It's a much higher quality than you'd expect from a hostel. We booked a room with a terrace, which included a sofa area and a terrace with a table and chairs. There was also a refrigerator and complimentary water. The breakfast buffet is varied, and the staff are very friendly. As for the location, it's a 5-minute walk from the city center."

It’s a high end B&B as opposed to a hotel but that makes it feel quite special and cosy. Few things would elevate - a coffee machine in the room and bathrobes (for example). It was our first time visiting Menorca, Águeda & Clara went above and beyond with suggestions for the area and helped us make reservations. They were so kind and truly made our stay! "We've been staying here for four years now, and we never look for other options. When you're happy somewhere, why change? Everything is perfect. From the reception staff, starting with Cristina, who's the one I interact with the most... another morning girl at breakfast with glasses, and another new mother, to the person in charge of the hostel. Very pleasant service. I'd also like to add the new arrival, Ana, who is very helpful. The cleaning, I must add, is also perfect every day. Breakfast is pleasant when you meet locals and chat. They are very friendly people, and people from the north of the Iberian Peninsula, like us, appreciate it. It's a shame to say goodbye, as always. May the year pass quickly so we can see you again."

"Excellent B&B in a strategic location, close to the city center but on a quiet side street, close to both parking and the bus stop. The room was clean, and although small, there was enough space for our suitcase and a desk to use as a place to rest. The small balcony also allowed us to hang out and sit outside (there was a small table and two chairs). The only drawback was the poor soundproofing, so a couple of nights we could hear the noise from the neighbors. Breakfast was well-organized and quite varied (both sweet and savory). A special mention to the reception staff, all extremely kind and always available! They provided us with an umbrella to take to the beach, free water to keep in our room each day, organized packed lunches for us (about €10 per person, which included a cool bag to take to the beach), and helped us with our airport transfers."

"The hotel is right in the heart of Cuitadella. We had a rental car and I contacted the hotel in advance to check on parking. They recommended three car parks that were within 10 min walk and we used one of these for the 5 days we stayed at the hotel. The room was very good, the bed was very comfortable. Our booking included breakfast which was an extensive breakfast served as a buffet style to help yourself. Some lovely local meats, cheeses and pastries. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend."
