Hostal muy céntrico en ciudadela. Personal muy amable. Desayuno muy bueno.

Todo perfecto solamente que, la cama en una parte se hundía mucho y en la otra más. Todo lo demás espectacular desde la atención al super desayuno

Certainement la meilleure expérience dans un hotel de ce genre. Tout est parfait. L'accueil du personnel que se soit à l'entrée, au bar, au restaurant, au ménage, au SPA est d'une gentillesse. L'hotel est très propre, calme, bien placé prêt d'une plage magnifique. On trouve une superette à 300 mètres et un arrêt de bus qui mène à Cituadella à 400 mètres. Le repas du soir est vraiment délicieux et très varié. En une semaine nous avons eu beaucoup de plats originaux. Langoustines, Pad Tai, soirée Tex Mex, Moules farcies........Je mets la note maximum pour cet établissement qui le mérite.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the centre of Old town and is basic but really accommodating. The rooms are not huge, but they are quiet and have everything you need (apart from individual kettles, which is no biggy, maybe for 🇬🇧 😉). A special shoutout to the housekeeper because the rooms and hotel are spotlessly clean. Breakfast is spanish/continental with pastries, bread, meats, cheeses, and yoghurts. Cereals, boiled eggs, and fritata. Juices and coffee are from a self-serve dispenser, and there is a lovely selection of teas. Clear up is done in the so breakfast can be a bit of a noisy affair. We had a 05.30 start for the return flight, and they let us grab a quick hot drink and pastries, which was a lovely touch. It's worth noting there is a supermarket 2 mins from the hotel and all the attractions are close, hotel has a good little map. So, if you're looking for a basic but accommodating hotel from which to explore the beautiful old town, I recommend the Sagitario hostal.

Hôtel très confortable calme d’une propreté remarquable que ce soit dans les parties communes et dans les chambres. La literie est très confortable. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents et variés. Le repas du soir sous forme de buffet est très bon les produits de qualité avec une grande diversité. Le personnel est très professionnel, aimable et d’une grande gentillesse. Hôtel bien situé avec un arrêt de bus à 5 minutes à pied. Bravo à toute l’équipe surtout ne changez rien .

Es el segundo año que nos alojamos aquí. Con tan buena suerte que nos alojaron en el Petit. Dentro de la misma compañía un espacio mejor. Desde aquí se lo agradecemos a la persona responsable. Todo son cosas buenas. Desde la regencia hasta personal de cafetería y limpieza. Una atención, disposición máxima en todo momento. Agradecer a Cristina su simpatía y amabilidad. Pero todos y cada una de las personas que trabajan ahí son así. Nos veremos el año que viene. (Que pase rápido por favor)

Difficult to grade this hotel as it’s not the kind we’d normally choose, but as this was chosen for us by our tour company for an overnight stay during our Cami de Cavalls island tour, we checked in with the lovely and very friendly staff and were then .. well.. let’s be kind and say our room was … bijou Again, it was all very clean with plenty of white towels that were fine, but imagine will need replacing soon enough.. But seriously.. I say bijou.. and there’s small and there’s small, there was barely enough room to get round the bed.. the air con is a three speed ceiling fan, so luckily for us it was a cool May so really wasn’t needed, but imagine things are very different in August. The bathroom was adequate, but oh boy, we learned quickly not to leave the fan in as it only made the drains smell twice as bad to the point of nearly reporting to reception, and if staying longer likely would have done.. Breakfast was adequate.. but honestly, there was a tray of cold meats and cheese we didn’t go near as we couldn’t decide to knock off the shelf accidentally so a new lot would have to brought out, or just sing Happy Birthday to it.. there was a plate of scrambled egg that, we avoided, so went for the safe option of toast and jam with machine coffee and juice from a shop bought jar with the screw on lid.. and risked a couple of pastries Like I said at the start, for the price, you have a clean and comfortable bed, and even have the option of breakfast in the morning.. it’s just somewhere we personally wouldn’t choose to return to.. we’re sure it will continue to be full through the year.. what I couldn’t get is how there are 30+ higher graded hotels than this in town??

l'ostello si trova in ottima posizione a 2 m a piedi dal centro e dalle attrazioni principali della città, dal market e dai bar/ristoranti. il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. le camere molto pulite. non avendo il parcheggio privato e necessario cercarlo nelle vicinanze ma solitamente si trova. lo consiglio !

Booked hotel last minute and got a great value for money deal. Wasn't sure what to expect with the 2 star rating. However, hotel exceeded our expectations on all levels. Warm and friendly welcome, exceptionally clean and perfectly situated in the heart of Ciutadella. Didn't find it noisy and the breakfast was just what we needed. We will definitely return.

Hostal sencillo, limpio y muy bien atendido. Remarcando sobre todo a Cristina que es con la que más hemos coincidido pero el servicio es excepcional en todo. Muy buena ubicación. Limpieza diaria. Volveremos sin duda. Que ganas que pase el año. Gracias

Qualidade preço incrível. Ter atenção que é um hostal, não hotel. Ficamos 4 dias na boa. Funcionárias simpáticas, tudo muito higienizado. Pequeno almoço normal, tem um pouco de tudo. Bem localizado com 2/3 estacionamentos gratuitos próximos. Restaurantes muito perto também
