The basement is where all the fun happens - large tv space, ping pong, foosball and more. ~10 min to ski areas and 2 minutes to the town of Waitsfield!Our home offers a blend of modern mountain with amenities to boot. Radiant floor heat, on demand fire, fast/reliable/high speed wifi & Roku TV's. Conversely you can completely disconnect here, finding the beauty in the simple parts of Vermont hillside living. There is one dedicated parking spot for the apartment unit which is noted with signs on the exterior of the home.***Please be aware this home is up a steep driveway that can be tricky especially in the winter months.
