This is a gorgeous, brand new home in a beautiful area. There is so much to do here. You're 55 minutes from Zions or Sand Hallow or Quail Creek State Park. Not to mention an abundance of parks, hiking, biking, atv trails within minutes. This area has an amazing history. There are cool food places nearby and a bunch of nice, quirky folks to chat with.The master bedroom has a comfy king size bed, TV, balcony and gorgeous shower and tub. Awesome for relaxing after a long day out adventuring. The 2 other rooms have comfy queen beds and a TV to watch your favorite shows. The Kitchen and Living Room are in an open space. You can make dinner or get take out from one of the cool joints near by while your family watches a show or plays games. The backyard is a work in progress, not really a hangout spot. You are welcome to though if you like, we have folding chairs available. We are still working out the landscaping.
