This is a spacious vacation home, which is a rare find at Folly. You can have the best of both worlds! This home offers ample space to accommodate large gatherings but is cozy enough for those who wish to capture some quiet time. Our vacation home is only 200 steps to the beach and 9 short blocks to Center street. Whether you prefer relaxing at the beach, surfing at "The Washout" (which is just five blocks away), or are drawn to the hustle and bustle of Center Street, at days end, you can retire to the peace and tranquility of your vacation oasis. Our home has a generously sized great room with a large flat-screen SMART TV, 5 ample sized bedrooms with new queen-sized memory foam mattresses with all new fresh bedding. Our home also has 4 full bathrooms.Our lower level is a dedicated 1300 SQF game room, 50 inch SMART TV, Poker table, Ping pong table, Air hockey, Foosball and a Kitchenette with the 4th full bathroom on this floor. If the weather doesn’t cooperate….no worries…you’ll still have fun hanging out on our updated, 700-square foot, fan cooled veranda. This home also features two full kitchens, one upstairs and one downstairs. Located on a safe and quiet street, the home is very private due to lush landscaping. You'll be a five-minute walk to the beach, and just a few short blocks from the beach and from Folly's famous Bert's Market; set in the laid-back residential Folly Beach community that's often referred to as "The Edge of America". Furnishings in the home include comfy leather sofas and additional chairs, flat screen TVs and cool vintage artwork to play up our hipster vibe. The open floor plan invites use of the well equipped kitchen with updated appliances. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. There is one King bedroom and one Queen bedroom upstairs, and one King bedroom and one Queen bedroom downstairs. Bedrooms have quality linens, bedside furniture with adequate reading light, a flat-screen TV and custom furniture cabinetry. We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed. The City of Folly Beach has many pet friendly restaurants, a dog park, and dogs are allowed on the beach from October through April. Your condo is one block to restaurants and shops. Access to washer/dryer on suite (shared with one neighbor). The building is elevated, and we are located on the second floor. There are two flights of stairs to the condo. All balconies facing the beach are shared.
