The hotel was clean
Reception took a while to come to book us in and the supervisor was polite but not friendly
The car parking is poor due to posts making it hard to park easily
I damaged my car

Some are better than others . I have stayed here a few times and this has a refurbishment. But still needs some attention to detail and some room maintenance carried out. With a few broken things such as : 1. temp control on the bath fell off 2. Soap dispenser in shower broken 3. Windows dont stay in the tilt position and nearly fall out 4. Stained mattress 5. Water left in kettle 6. Always smoker by the enterance 7. Enterance smelt of ****

No problems with hotel and staff all superb and happy and helpful, room fine too except tyre place opposite got full exposure of room once curtains opened 🤯 room hot but luckily took 2 more fans so had 3 blowing all night which gave us a good sleep only thing keeping me awake was thought of getting out of car park next morning 🤯🤯 had a Kia sorrento and ain’t the smallest car and once hit the slope to enter was really no stopping 🙄 when in there Christ it’s by far the tightest car park on earth 🤯🤯🤯 how I got in and parked and out again I’ll never know but scratch free I did it 🙏🏼 Good hotel and staff and location 15 mins walk to town so would stay again but park elsewhere or go on motor bike 😂

I stayed at the Travelodge on the 16:June was going to stay till the 18 but it was too far out of town. Also people were coming in during the night making noises and also trying to get in to my room. The staff were great room clean but not happy

Shower water didnt heat up. Even after running water for 10 minutes. This ain't the first time this had happened here at the Preston branch, I did complain on previous occasions, but as allways nothing happened and no one got intouch with me. Even to offer a good will gesture

Travelodge any day anytime. It's always clean and comfy. The sheets were clean, floor, bathroom, and all, very clean... As always, it was easy to check in, with friendly staff available.

We ordered a pizza before 9.30 and paid for it then went to pick it up at 9.45 only to be told they have no bases so refunded money. This hotel is a joke, if you need food forget about ordering here. However the staff at other travel lodges are more competent. Sheffield are brilliant, no matter when you want food they will accommodate, no excuses like the Preston staff. My advice, Preston stop feeling you are hard done by and start serving customers or look for another job.

All of the staff were lovely and welcoming, especially the girl checking me in; Steph! The hotel was very clean, along with my room. The food in the restaurant was very nice and the staff were very patient with my allergy requirements. All round great experience and I will be returning!
