"The hotel was poorly prepared when we stayed there. The room was okay, the AC was cool, and they provided a drinking water dispenser, plus a smart TV. However, there was no Wi-Fi during our stay; the password was constantly incorrect, which was very inconvenient. There is a private beach and a good view from the pool to the ocean. There are two swimming pools: one for kids and one quite deep, which I appreciated. For breakfast and restaurant food, don't expect much. Not up to 3-star expectations. They often ran out of ingredients, and we couldn't order everything on the menu, so we ended up just ordering French fries and spaghetti carbonara. They cut corners on the breakfast menu and kept the same menu for the two nights we were there. The bathroom smelled bad. I had to ask for camphor, but they only gave me three small ones, so the smell persisted. Furthermore, my bathroom light kept going on and off. It made me uncomfortable every time I showered or used the toilet. The other 2 bathrooms have a toilet spray on the left side, making it difficult to clean yourself because the hose is short and cannot be moved to the right."

"Our family of 10 stayed in 2 bungalows for one night, and we wished we could have spent more time at Ketapang Resort. Located in front of a surfing beach, we had a great time enjoying the view and the amenities. The kids loved the swimming pool, the ping pong table and pool table. But the best part about the resort is the people working there. So nice and friendly, went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We had car trouble (the road there was unfinished) and they helped with repairs and even let us check out really late to deal with it. We had a problem with water pressure though, and one of the bungalows didn’t have water, so this is why I gave them 4 starts. All in all, would love to stay longer at Ketapang Resort next time we visit!"

"Hotelli ei ollut valmis, kun olimme siellä. Huone oli kunnossa, ilmastointi oli kylmä ja he tarjosivat juomaveden ja älytön tv. Mutta siellä ei ollut wifi oleskelumme aikana, salasana oli jatkuvasti virheellinen, mikä on erittäin epämukavuutta. On yksityinen ranta ja näkymä uima-altaasta mereen on OK. On 2 uima-altaita, 1 lapsille ja 1 lisää on melko hyvä, jossa arvostan. Aamiaista ja ravintola ruokaa, älä odota paljon. Enintään 3 tähteä odotukset. Tavallisesti ne juoksevat materiaaleista, he eivät voi tilata kaikkia esineitä ravintolassa, ja lopulta juuri tilasin ranskalaisia frittereita ja carbonara spaghetti. Aamiainen valikosta he huusivat ja sama valikosta kaksi yötä siellä. Kylpyhuone haisee huonosti, sinun täytyy pyytää porteri, mutta leiriytyjä antaa vain kolme pieniä, joten se vielä haisee. Olen todella pahoillani, että kylpyhuone valot ovat sammuneet ja sammuvat. Se on epämiellyttävä joka kerta, kun käyt suihku tai vessassa. 2 muuta kylpyhuonetta, vessaruisku on vasemmalla, joten on vaikea estää, koska slingit ovat lyhyitä, ei voi skannata oikeaan kulmaan."

Matkustaa siellä jos kulkee cikidang alueen, varmista auton kunto on erinomainen, koska tiellä on melko äärimmäinen, mutta matka voi saavuttaa vain 3 tuntia 20 minuuttia Jakarta jos kulkee Cibadak alueen, Matka voi saavuttaa 4 ja puoli tuntia kuitenkin melko turvallinen kääntymismatka. Yleensä erittäin tyytyväinen perhematka. Kiitos"
