"The room was clean, but the nightstand lamp did not work. The TV had no instructions and took a bit of fooling to get something to watch. I would have liked if there were extra pillows available in the wardrobe cabinet. My husband said he was impressed with the breakfast that was available."

"I stayed overnight in Chicago while passing through, and also visited the art museum. Admission was free, not crowded, and the exhibition experience was excellent. The hotel was quite clean, located in the city center, with convenient dining options and many historical buildings nearby. However, the price was a bit high after taxes. The hotel breakfast was only available at a place similar to Starbucks, which wasn't very convenient, so I ate breakfast outside."

"We arrived at this hotel on 2/14/2025 for a stay of two days. Our first day of arrival as we were preparing for bed, when I sprayed the bed with spray after a couple of minutes we found some little bugs on our sheets.. We magnified the image and were grossed out of the findings. We reached out to the wonderful employee at the front desk and we were moved immediately to another room. It was not the King room that we originally booked, but at 9:30pm at night anything was doable. As we moved rooms and turned on the television to room 311 it looked as though the picture tube is going out in the television. We called back down to the front desk and she informed us that we had to wait a few minutes and the television will eventually come clear. This is yet another inconvenience. The following morning we went and spoke to the GM of the hotel and he informed my husband and I that he would look into the issue and we never heard back from him. I emailed him as well twice and no reply back. This is NOT how you run a NEW hotel. We travel a lot, but have NEVER had this experience!"

"Hyvin tilaa hiljaisilla ympäristöillä huolimatta lähellä suurta tietä. Vähän lähellä monia uloskäyntejä Rookwoodin yleisössä ja paviljoonissa. Vähän mukavat sänkyjä. Voimakas internetyhteys. Iso TV monilla kanavilla. Iso ja puhdas kylpyhuone. Oli hauska jäädä tänne. Erityisesti on mainittava eräs erinomainen nuori mies nimeltä Mike. Aluksi hän ei löytänyt varaustani huolimatta minulla on vahvistettu varausnumero. Se oli myöhemmin hän päätti antaa minun nähdä listan vieraita saapuvat tuona päivänä. Ymmärsin, että kollegani nimi oli vieraiden luettelossa ja myöhemmin ymmärsin, että tein varauksen kollegani nimen alla vahingossa tietämättä sitä. Tämän ratkaisun ansiosta pystyimme tarkistamaan ilman, että meidän pitäisi tehdä uusi varaus ja aiheuttaa menetyksen trip.com varaus. Hän myös auttoi minua muuttamaan varaus nimi sen sijaan. Suuri kudos mike pelastaa liikematkan on katastrofi!!"

"We stayed at the TownPlace Oakley for our granddaughter’s graduation. The hotel is nicely designed, the rooms are comfortable and the hotel offers free breakfast. The hotel is located near dining and shopping. The real highlight, though, was the exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. We have never stayed in a hotel where the staff were so friendly. The floor staff personally engaged us to make sure we didn’t need anything. A special shout-out to Melissa in the breakfast area. Very eager to help. We would definitely stay hee again."
