Good location and friendly attendance for the clients. I stayed with my family, though there was blackout, the generator saved us to stay safe. The quantity of food was not enough but we feel all the best of hotel staff in Cuban difficult situations.

Estuvimos en la piscina del hotel, un lugar limpio y bonito. Nos atendido la dependiente mildrei, una persona atenta y profesional en su trabajo. Recomiendo probar la piña colada que esta estupenda, una d las mejores q he probado. Tambien conocimos al director que pasaba por ahi. Charlamos un rato e intercambiamos experiencias. Es un lugar agradable para pasar con la familia. Yo lo recomiendo.

Hospedarse en el Hotel L Unión es conocerr la historia de Cienfuegos en primera personne. Quelle élégance ! E ste edificio ha sido testigo de la evolución de la ciudad, preservando su arquitectura majestuosa y su espíritu vibrante, me cuentan... Pero lo que realmente e especial este lugar es su gente. Mildre, con su alegri a contagiosa en el bar de la piscina, siempre sabe cómo convertir cada momento en una fiesta. Y René, un vrai gentleman, ofr ece no solo cócteles exquisitos en la terraza, sino también una experiencia de hospitalidad única, con vistas que cortan la respiración. ste Hote es una mezcla perefc de historia, confort y atención cálida, La Unión est l’endroit idéal. Sin duda, volveré. À bientôt !

La Unión, c’est plus qu’un hôtel, c’est une vraie expérience. D Dès qu’on pose le pied ici, on sent cette ambiance historique, ces murs pleins d’histoires… mais une fois la nuit tombée, la magie opère sur le rooftop. Le show ? Incroyable ! Deux chanteuses avec des voix à couper le souffle, un groupe qui met le feu et cette énergie qui fait que personne ne reste assis trop longtemps. Impossible de ne pas se laisser emporter. Et puis, il y a René, le bartender du rooftop. Franchement, ce gars est un a arrtiste. Ses cocktails sont impeccabl es es,. toujours avec la petite touche qui fait l la différenc e. Il sait exactement quoi proposer selon l’humeur du moment—et il le fait avec un accueil qui te donne l’impression d’être chez toi. Bref, si tu veux une soirée avec du bon son, des cocktails exquis et une vue magnifique, La Unión est THE place to be à Cienfuegos. À tester sans hésiter !

Beautiful facility. Modern rooms and spacious, clean lobby in a building from the beginning of the last century. The facade reminds you that you are in a Cuban village founded by French settlers. The staff i s young, professional and fun . the food is not that abundant but very well prepared. . the buffet breakfast , tropical fruit juice s, delicious It's an ideal for one night.

Atención excelente, las habitaciones en buen estado y los colchones estaban muy cómodos para un merecido descanso. El servicio de coctelería fue muy atento y ofrecieron tragos y cafés de gran calidad. Lo mejor de todo fue la atención y la calidez con la que nos recibieron los trabajadores.
